Had this ambrosia on tap and the (surprisingly small) brewery two weeks ago. This is from notes.
Pours inky, oily, pure black. The dark brown head lasts forever and coats the glass in sheets of foam. The aroma is of decadent milk chocolate, loads of roasty malts, astringent cocoa, earthy coffee beans and a piney bitter background. A lot going on there. The taste is like a Mochaccino - Sweet, chocolatey flavors with a fresh roasted, spicy, acidic coffee flavor. Like a milkshake with fine coffee added. The mouthfeel is super thick with a light carbonation. Hop and dark malt bitterness mixes with the milk chocolate sweetness in the long finish. Alcohol is shockingly well hidden for 12% (according to the tap list).
This is a sublime Imperial Stout. So balanced and nuanced, sweet but the opposite side of cloying. Coffee flavors are perfect. Roastyness is perfect. A good hop character to balance the malt-fest. This is a must try. Impeccable.

Enormous huge thanks to JLindros for sharing this Growler. Edit: For what its worth with JLindros's review right above mine my pour was the first from the growler. Damn him and his 4.5! Double Edit: Initially this was reviewed under regular Vietnamese Speedway WAY back in 2012 by mistake as clearly that is incorrect so I have transferred it here to the correct entry.
A - Poured into a stone ipa tulip glass a wonderful black ebony hue with a one finger mocha head that leaves tons of side lacing huge leggy lacy lacing and khaki blanket.
S - Aromas of outrageous vanilla and coffee beans Soooo much special Vietnamese coffee and chocolate. The melding of huge vanilla and chocolate ans coffee is so rich ans inviting. No ABV at all.
T - Taste is earth shattering amounts of vanilla here. Beans and extract with rich bitter coffee notes with super rich bakers 85% cocoa. So so much vanilla here ans barrel coffee chocolate. Gaaaahhhh!
M - Mouthfeel is a velour bedspread. Zap Branigan asks "boy lay out my formal shorts"...I would have so much snusnu if I could get a bathtub of this.
O - Overall this beer has changed has changed my life. This is the bar to set all coffee stouts to. I want this as a candle and a cologne. Please...please make this often.

Bottle poured into snifter; midest carbonation with little head. Coffee-Coffee-Coffee with malts. Full body that clings to palate! Chocolate is balanced in there with the coffee and is rich flavored. I appreciate CC and Terrapin brews but this was too sweet .
