A. Poured a cloudy butterscotch, with a slight white head and ample lacing on the glass.

S. Citrus, fruit, floral,banana, bread

T. Slightly sweet with some overtones of corriander and orange. Bold sweetness that disappears into a thirst quenching beverage

M. Light bodied medium carbonation.

D. Great summer beverage, a little sweet but overall a great brew.

On tap at the brewpub on 7/24/12

My intention was to review only the Big Red IPA but after my wife pointed out that the Raspberry Blonde Ale was made by dumping raspberry syrup into a pint glass and then pouring the regular Blonde Ale into the glass. I decided right there to tick-up the tasting flight by allowing only one line from my steno pad to each beer.

Irresponsibly-deserved Tick #2

A) Cloudy pale gold. Some foam and drippy lace.

S) Wheat and clove.

T) Sweet wheat taste.

M) Light body. Fizzy carbonation.
