Notes: A malty, balanced amber ale provides the base for this beer which utilizes fresh jalapeno chilies in the boil. A wonderful green chili aroma is at the forefront of this beer with just enough pepper heat on the finish to draw you in for another glass.

On tap in Hawaii. Both the aroma and taste are a mix of Jalapenos and sweet caramel malts found in generic Amber Ales. It works better for the aroma (which smells kind of like the nachos found at a baseball game) than the taste.

Incredibly potent peppery and green aroma. Flavor has plenty of slow-building heat and vegetal taste, stopping just shy of being too hot. It has plenty of jalapeno heat and flavor, but never veers toward being undrinkable. Bits of caramel and pale malt drape the background, but this brew is all about showcasing the jalapenos. Lingering heat; lively; very drinkable.
