Pours like a cloudy juice. Very little foam or lacing. Smell is a tangy citrus. I'd swear there is a peppery element to it. Taste is tangy and dank, lemony and orange. Very smooth, easy drinking. Damn good.

The beer pours a deep orange color with a thick white head, long retention, and sticky lacing.
The smell is orange and some white grape.
The taste showcases the Nelson hops with white grape up front with tropical underneath and a slightly bitter finish.
The mouthfeel is creamy with low carbonation.
Overall a nice beer the does a good job a putting Nelson up front.

S - Aroma is orange, grapefruit and white grape.
T - The taste is orange, pineapple, passionfruit, grapefruit, white grapes with a bitter finish.

A: The beer is very hazy and somewhat pale dark yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and some lacing on the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of green grapes and gooseberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of green grapes with notes of gooseberries.
M: It feels medium-bodied and quite juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems to be a little mellower compared to other beers brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops as it doesn't nearly have as intense aromas and flavors of gooseberries.

16oz can, no apparent freshness date. Fluffy off-white head holds good retention atop a hazy & opaque yellow-orange DDHDIPA. Great floral citrus and tropical fruit aroma. Zesty and floral citrus flavors - kumquat, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, guava. Full and very creamy body, a bit resinous, soft carbonation, balanced & tart finish. I am a sucker for Nelson Sauvin hops, and this was delicious!

Poured out of a 16 oz. can. Pours a haze-for-days golden color. Slight orange hue to it. Two finger pretty dense, slightly off-white head. Nice retention and lacing. Great looking brew.
Aroma is unique since this is 100% Nelson Sauvin. White grape juice and skin, ripe passion fruit, slight pineapple, floral, dankness, grass, powdered sugar sweetness, slight doughy bread.
Taste is Welch's white grape juice, white grape skin, pineapple juice, tangelo, passion fruit, fresh cut grass, dirty dankness, floral, pine cone, table sugar, dough.
High medium body. Nicely carbonated, airy, and drinkable. Drier and not as sweet as many other hazies. Soft.
I like this one a lot. Don't come across too many single-hopped Nelson beers and this is one of the better ones I've had. These guys can be hit or miss, but this one is a definite hit imo.

Bottled 5/4/17; drank 5/6/17 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull yellow/orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a huge off-white head; a thick curtain of lace.
Grapefruit mild fresh ganja & faint dry grass notes in the nose.
Soft medium mouthfeel.
Grapefruit & dry ganja flavors up front; intensely dry grass notes on the finish. Soft apple notes emerged as this warmed; no booze heat.
There's some nice fruit notes in this, but the extremely dry cottonmouth finish mars the effect. It got better as it warmed up.

Appearance: Arrives a slightly hazy goldenstraw color with a one finger head; shards of lacing
Smell: Tropical fruit cocktail, pineapple, passionfruit and white wine grape
Taste: Tropical fruit with a strong pineapple presence, at the outset; passionfruit bitterness builds, through the middle, with the white wine grape character emerging, after the swallow; dry finish
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and slightly creamy; moderate carbonation
Overall: Mikerphone is brewing top drawer NE IPAs and this one, with Nelson Sauvin hops, has a nice twist
