Notes:
The one that started it all. This heavily oated, Mosaic-only IPA softly beckons you to remember where you came from while giving you just enough of a ripe citrus kick to strive for where you want to go. Homestyle is the staple IPA of our brewery and, like almost all of our hoppy beers, focuses on highlighting the fruity & fragrant nuances of hops. At a relaxed 6.0% we think you’ll discover it’s easy to find your Homestyle.

My new favorite NEIPA, it’s absolutely delicious. Nice and hazy, fruity, not bitter or piney.. just how I like it.

by leaddog from Canada (AB)
Appearance - Pours a pale amber gold with two fingers of foamy white head.
Smell - Orange citrus, tropical fruits (pineapple and mango), peach, bready malts, caramel sweetness, bit of leafiness.
Taste - Bitter citrus and tropical hops, notes of stone fruits like peach and apricot, followed along with balanced bready malts and leafy hops. Lingering bitterness into the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation with a dry finish.
Overall - Although I don't get the haziness in appearance that other reviewers have noted, it is a fine tasting NEIPA that doesn't go too sweet.

Hazy golden color with a white head that provides ample lacing, the nose is straight Mosaic hops - dank citrus with berry notes.
Dank tangerine flavors on the taste, but the berry flavors are what make this beer for me - absolutely delicious and oh so crushable. Mouthfeel is medium and fairly dry.
Bearded Iris is world class, IMHO - truly a Nashville treasure.

Straight down the fairway. Glad to finally find it.
A) Hazed golden body white head lasting lace and cap.
S) dank pine nose resolves in citric bitter zest.
T) Follows juicy aromas with more sweetnesss and the abrupt bitter, pine and peppery finale.
F) Juicy, prickly, fresh.
O) Clean classic NEIPA but not sip o sunshine.

I bought a 4pck of cans of this beer from my local Kroger store. It poured a hazy golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had apricot notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with subtle apricot and stone fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

L-Pours a two to three fingered white head with a hazy gold color. The head is nice and rocky. Vibrant bubbles
S-Mosaic hops jump out right away and are very present throughout the aroma. Strong, sweet and fresh orange juice is there with some other tropical notes. No booziness at all. It almost smells like candy. It could be one of the best smelling beers I've ever had.
T-The taste follows the nose. The tropical fruit punch in the beginning is followed by a nice bitter hop and a tart ending. I get notes of orange, papaya, strawberry and cantaloupe. Very tasty and sessionable, I could drink this all day.
F-Smooth, pillowy, light and creamy.
O-And exceptionally made New England IPA. Everything from the look to the mouthfeel was either textbook or better for the style. No cheesiness at all (which is something I often find in NE IPAs). A true craft and top tier beer. Cheers.

Pours an unfiltered looking amber color and is capped with a 1 finger bone white head.
The aroma is wonderfully Mosaic - think tropical fruits (like guava and peaches) and virtually no hops bitterness.
The taste; I don' know if it was because I was really wanting a beer right now or what, but this is good. The fruit, the hops, it all comes together in a smooth flavor package in my mouth. There is a bit of astringency at the swallow, but this doesn't deter me at all. It is an IPA after all.
The feel, well, again, I may have been a bit anxious for this beer but it was eminently quaffable. The oats tend to smooth out the rough edges without making the beer viscous - kind of impressive really. So I did end up drinking it like a fest bier in Munich, but enjoyed every sip.
OA, I found this a very enjoyable IPA and now that I've given away most of the rest of my 4 pack, I'm out again and they don't distribute to Michigan. Oh well.

On draft at The Pharmacy in Nashville. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left thin rings of lace on the glass. It smelled of orange, grapefruit, pineapple and sweet caramel notes. Nice tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.

A - Hazy, pale golden body, with substantial white head. The fade takes a bit of time, leaving a thin minimal cap. Rocky line line lacing coat the glass.
S - Strong dank pine nose when opened, quickly fading to a mild citrus hit, orange juice and grapefruit zest.
T - Follows juicy nose, with citrus and resin, mild sweetness through the middle, and a sharp finish of bitterness and mild sourness.
M - Very clean open, moderate prickliness, and dry finish.
O - Superb NEIPA, wonderful, delicious and a pleasurable drinker. Dry enough, this will not confuse you with fruit juice, and not too sour or taxing, as some heavy-hopped NEIPAs can be, this one feels just right.

Head crests in the area of two fingers, dimples turn into craters across the surface, very frothy, just off-white, retention is so-so with light lacing residue. Hazy yellow liquid but not puree level opacity. There’s a tarriness to the nose which now and then veers towards rubber, touch of naval orange citrus, earthy with a modicum of cracker, the passion fruit, pineapple, nectarine fruit scents lightly honeyed, overall though I’d say the nose is quite muted, especially given freshness of product at time of consumption. Light-bodied, weak carbonation, tends to flatten across the palate. Unexpected wave of delicate florality welcomed nonetheless. Not much juiciness in the mango, guava, peach fruit. The texture is dry but not witheringly so, just dampens the flavors more. Sat with it for awhile to see what I might be missing but opinion didn’t budge much other than preference for it as it warmed towards room temperature. (Canned 6/20/21, Consumed 7/10/21)

Pours cloudy orange gold.color with a one finger off white head that settles to a film with minimal lacing. Aroma is strong with passion fruit. Flavor comes across more to me as orange blossom, so floral sweet orange, but there is a passion fruit element there. Nice sweetness on the finish Feel is soft and very effervescent, no bitterness. This is fantastic! A welcome taste to this New England guy down in TN.
