Notes:
The one that started it all. This heavily oated, Mosaic-only IPA softly beckons you to remember where you came from while giving you just enough of a ripe citrus kick to strive for where you want to go. Homestyle is the staple IPA of our brewery and, like almost all of our hoppy beers, focuses on highlighting the fruity & fragrant nuances of hops. At a relaxed 6.0% we think you’ll discover it’s easy to find your Homestyle.

Ale pours a hazy cloud yellow gold in snifter. Smell in incredible grapefruit, orange, maybe some tropical fruit. Very juicy with not much malt evident in taste. I learned what "soft" means with this, very creamy and mellow aftertaste. Soothing and pleasant ale. Almost a separate category from an IPA. Worth picking up!

A: The beer is very hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving patches of bubbles covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of stone fruit and lime citrus are present in the nose along with hints of herbs.
T: The taste is nearly a mirror image of the smell and has balanced flavors of stone fruit and lime. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked how the smell and taste of this beer had balanced flavors of stone fruit and lime.

Cloudy orange with a fat finger of very airy, off-white head. It’s fairly short-lived and leaves almost zero lacing.
White pepper, dusty pine and orange in the nose.
Watered down orange, fairly pithy, with plenty of pepper, some light pine bitterness, a touch of green onion and crackery malt.
Fairly light bodied, just slightly heavier and creamier than water, with prickly carbonation.
Very nice flavors and balance in this, but it’s all slightly watery, leaving me wanting more.

Look: Pours a brilliant golden haze with a creamy tight white head. It definitely has the look of oats and wheat, tons of protein here. Lacing is also solid, making a ladder of oily white rings with each sip.
Smell: Massive tropical hop punch. Anyone familiar with Mosaic will detect this one a mile away. Mild, but pleasant oat aroma sits underneath.
Taste: Super juicy, and tropical. Notes of clementine, tangerine, berries and mild spice resolve into a balanced bitterness. Oats and wheat give this an incredibly rich dynamic.
Feel: The feel of this beer is perhaps it's greatest accolade. It's soft, creamy and crushable.
Overall: Fantastic IPA, at 6% abv, you can drink a few of these. Huge hop aroma, soft texture and balanced resolution. This beer disappears fast.

Had straight from pint can, and then poured into nonic pint from pint can, both stamped on bottom "YOU'LL SHOOT YOUR EYE OUT," and imported from Tennessee for party.
The beer that will (finally) put Nashville on the IPA map.

A: If the whole can is poured into the glass, you get a nice hazy bright orange with a fairly tall white head.
S: Grapefruit and melon. Some pine maybe.
T: Like the nose, grapefruit and melon, a lot of lemon, some hay, and some hop bitterness. Very solid.
M: Light-medium with noticeable carbonation.
O: This is more than a solid brew that you can drink regularly without hurting your wallet too much. It's got that classic NEIPA flavor profile with just a touch more bitterness. Great beer.

Coming from Philly and now living in TN I’m so excited by what these guys have created.
Homestyle has become my fridge staple alongside their various one offs and what I pick up from travels.
Basic NEIPA, but very well done, that’s slick, fruity, minimal hop resin and crushable.
