Picked up a four-pack from the Appalachian Vintner in Asheville 8-4-22 for $16.49. Canned 7-13-22; consumed 8-16-22.
Beer poured hazy golden orange with a nice white head with the original pour.
Nose is fresh tropical and citrus forward.
Taste is a lighter pale malt base with a nice hopping that lends orange, mango, and peach. Finishes with a nice pine and rind bitterness; 7/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and incredibly refreshing.
Overall a very nice take on the NEIPA style!

Appearance: Pours a clouded, milky gold with a short-lived, bubble, whitish head.
Smell: Coarse graininess with some tones of biscuit, golden syrup. Varied citrus fruits but also some tropical melon/pineapple as well as fresh herbs.
Taste: A little bready, biscuity with that raw, unmalted, rustic albeit creamy graininess soothed by some treacle and rock candy sweetness. Sweet orange, lemon-lime and a bit of ardent grapefruit supported by the tropical tones and peppery herbs. Medium bitterness which quickly recedes. Juicy acidity to be found nearing the smooth, rustic grain finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body bolstered by the . Medium carbonation.
Overall: Decent.

Currently ranked #9 on the Top Tennessee beers list with a 94 overall score.
CAN: 16 fl oz pull-tab can nabbed as part of a 4 pack at a beer store in Colorado.
Served cold into an oversized tulip pint glass sort of vessel.
"Zippy. Lemon. Melon." "DDH w/ Citra." 6.8% ABV.
Showcases Citra quite well, hitting on big and bold yet balanced citrusy flavours including lemon, orange pulp, tangerine rind, orange juice, passionfruit, juicy melon, and floral hop flavour. Has zero hop burn to it.
Malt backbone is clean, comprised of 2-row/pale malts without any overt crystal malt or caramalt sweetness intruding on it.
Lacks any alcohol heat. Smooth, wet, pulpy, a bit thick, maybe even a bit uneven, but ultimately very refreshing and approachable. Carbonation is perfect.
Ludicrously drinkable. Lacks the depth of flavour of the very best Citra hopped IPAs (Kern River's Citra comes to mind), but it's not too far behind the top tier beers in the style in my opinion. A standout beer in the most oversaturated style there is, and a brew I'd happily buy again. I'll have to seek out more Bearded Iris - I'm glad they distribute to Colorado!

Orange juice appearance. Cloudy, slight foam/lacing. Juicy hop smell. Taste is juicy hops but with some bitterness, a little funky. Crisp, slightly mouth watering, pretty tasty.

16oz can from a buddy (thanks Eric!). Canned 11/19/18. Served in a Monday Night snifter. Enjoyed 12/21/18.
Pours a milky pale yellow with a tall, rocky off-white head. The froth recedes to a few surface wisps and an uneven bubbly crown.
Juicy aromas of citrus. Orange, grapefruit, lemon, tangerines and hint of biscuity malt.
Tastes mildly bitter with a good deal more citrus juice. Grapefruit, lemon, orange peel, melon, peach fuzz and some hop bread.
Pillowy body with snappy carbonation. Moderately bitter, citrus-laden aftertaste.
My first brew from Bearded Iris doesn’t at all disappoint. Tunnel Vision is a tasty NEIPA. Glad these guys are in Georgia now and I’m looking forward to trying more from them.

Pours ORANGE like the juice. Nose is citrusy and luscious, but not as heavy as I’d hoped. The taste however, wow! Super delicious and juicy. After taste lingers and softens slowly. Great beer by a great brewery!

Appearance: Arrives cloudy and golden/orange with a pretty strong head and some flashy lace
Smell: Mango, peach and melon tones with a back up of some tangerine
Taste: Fruit salad forward, with mango, peach and melon; through the middle, the tangerine adds a moderate amount of bitterness which lingers through the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Another strong entrant into the Bearded Iris IPA stable - very much a strong suit for this brewery

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 2/26/2018. Pours opaquely hazy golden orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, lemon, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, orange juice, lemon, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, lemon, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and slightly resinous mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6.8%. Overall this is a fantastic NEIPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Never aggressive, amazingly soft mouthfeel. Extremely juicy and fairly dank hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, and not overly sweet/heavy. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Really hazy peach juice color with off-white head. Aroma is really juicy and fruity, also floral. Lots of overripe tropical fruits. Taste starts juicy with slightly tart orange notes, low hop bitterness on the finish. It has some astringent citrusy flavors along the more juicy notes. Full bodied with crisp carbonation. Really nice, juicy IPA, just a bit too astringent for my taste.

Tunnel Vision (DDH w/ Citra) is perhaps contender for a top IPA, in my opinion - I'd drink this side by side with DDH Pseudosue (my go-to) just about any day.
The head pours with a light white finger's width. It smells sweet and juicy. The taste and mouth feel are soft, juicy, sweet, and aromatic. It drinks very, very dangerously easy.
Tremendous. It's likely my favorite Bearded Iris beer thus far.
