A: This has a lovely bright yellow-orange color with a dense white fluffy head. Lacing is left after swirling.

S: Lemongrass, melon.

T: Ripe melon and orange, grapefruit pith, lemon, grassiness, very floral. I love the bitterness this brings yet it's every so slightly sweet too -- a great balance of flavors! No detection of alcohol here. Overall the flavors are bright and up front, with a good hop bite throughout.

M/F: Light bodied for the ABV, which is very impressive. To me, this drinks like an upper 6 or lower 7 percenter.

O: This is probably one of Bearded Iris's better offerings lately. Chief of Chiefs is up there as well. This one has that lovely balance of sweet and bitter, and on top of that it hides the alcohol very well. It's dangerously drinkable. Bearded Iris, please keep making IPAs like this!

Draught @ Beer Temple. Pours an opaque yellow colour, like mango juice, and a frothy white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma's of dank hops, onion, juicy. Reronasal: onion, citrus, resin, juice, lovely! Flavour is light sour-bitter-sweet. Medium bodied. Long moderate bitter finish.

On tap at the brewery. A fairly hazy golden color with a medium sized white head. Nice lacing. This one was sweet as expected, with floral honey notes that played well with more subtle floral and fruity hops. The flavors were delicious but this was too sweet for my tastes. Well made though.
