A:
Pours a hazy, powdery golden straw with a billowing three plus fingers of pristine white puff that slowly eases down to a finger or so. Great retention; concentric, dripping rings of lacing. (4.5)
S:
Bright, doughy, citrusy, spice. Lemon zest, flowers, spicy yeast, some barnyard funk, musky doughy heft. (3.75)
T:
Even, dry, floral, aromatic. Diluted lemon juice with mineraly dirt, honeysuckle, and a hint of fresh rubber. (3.75)
M:
Dry and fluffy with a quick, slightly tart finish, medium body active carbonation. (4)
O:
Decent Belgian IPA.
It pours lovely and features a good balance of a yeasty, boozy Belgian beer with the bright pungent pop of an IPA. It is a little on the storng and phenolic side for my tastes, but it is not bad. Would have again. I'd be curious as to how much it would tarten up if I left it to sit for a few months. I'd be nearly as curious to try it a little fresher. (3.75)

L- Filtered yellow body, frothy white head with big bubbles, low retention.
S- Strong fresh belgian yeast, lemon and citrus hops.
T- Very well blended notes. Lemon, grass, hops, belgian yeast and a bready finish.
F- Medium, smooth, fresh.
O- Very nice beer, great aroma and very well blended taste. I expected a bigger hop punch but it was good.
