A: Poured into a tulip glass to a bright light orange topped by a finger of dense white head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of light sourness and oak with some fruity white wine notes and some slight spice
T: Taste is tart up front with some slight funk and leather with some fruity notes. Slight white wine like presence as well. Hints of spice at times with a nice pleasing tartness throughout. Swallow is more earth and leather with some lingering tartness, spice and fruit.
M: This beer has a light body but is not watery with effervescent and slightly prickly carbonation. The tartness and acidity gives this one a pleasant dry finish.
O: Overall this is a really nice farmhouse style ale with some nice tartness and flavor complexity. Very well done and pretty nicely balanced as well. Definitely worth a try.

375 mL bottle shared by Steve.

Hazed golden Amber with a finger of white head. Musty, funky nose; grass, earth, lemon and pale malt. Sweeter body than expected, orange, light Brett, apricot. Crisp body, well carbonated, crisp. Waste of money at $17 per 375, wtf

Poured from a bottle dated 2/2015 into an HFB goblet at 48 deg.
A - Beautifully clear, the color of fading Forsythia, and early dandelion gold. A slow gently rising group of bubbles supports a crepe thin cap of snow white cap. Lacing is a archipelago around the glass.
S - The grain bill sets the tone, Pilsner malt and Wheat aromas mated with hints of lemongrass from the yeast. Funky notes from the Brett add a nice edge, with some time the wet fresh cut straw moves to the top, leaving the spring notes and light malts completely blanketed.
T - An exercise in clean, this offering is almost monochromatic. Lemongrass, light straw, chalk, a hint of salinity. Throughout the experience there is very little deviation from the theme, Exceedingly well constructed and well executed, in a very tight range of flavors.
M - Dry throughout, light carbonation keeps the tongue tickled. A burly start, a nice
overall feel, with the chalkiness, not to aggressive use of the Brett. The feel is quite similar to a southern French White wine.
O - Well constructed, quite enjoyable saison. Focused and very tight range of delicate flavors. A wonderful saison in all the right ways.
Cheers

A: Pours a lively and spritzy clear gold with everlasting tiny bubbles surfacing into what looks like a perfectly smooth fluffy white pillow of a head that persists.

A: A perfect blend of acidity and farmhouse funk! A bit of granny smith apples and spice. I could smell this forever and be perfectly content.

F: Starts with sweet and sour apples, nice and tart, then moves into a bit of that classic barnyard funk. Some might say sweaty horse, but I've never tasted a sweaty horse so I couldn't tell you. It finishes a bit metallic, which to me is the only negative about this beer. That may be due to its 11 month age, but who am I to say for sure.

F: Hits the tongue like an overload of suds, bubbling up in every corner of the mouth. Very light feeling and tart at first, creamy for just a second, then ends dry and quickly at that. Refreshing, but pretty bitter which stays until the next sip. Quite the orchestra of senses.

O: I love this beer! I was unable to try One-T or Little Brett, but I would assume this falls around that spectrum based on descriptions read. Again, the only thing preventing me from calling this amazing was the metallic aftertaste. Otherwise, a very delicious funky and tart Saison. Cheers!

375ml corked and caged bottle into Tired Hands stemware. Shared with schen9303.

Pours a frothy, 1.5 finger white head with good retention. Beer is a clear goldenrod. Lacing is thick and layered with fantastic stick. A really good looking beer.

Nose is a tart citrus and pineapple. Notes of lemon, seltzer, starfruit and other tropical fruit. Lightly tart and sweet. Very nice.

Opens pineapple, Brett funk and a slightly plastic. More Brett funk, citrus fruit and cane sugar in the middle with a light, spritzy tartness in the middle. Wood, hay and cobwebs in the middle and end. Finishes with an accented tart yeastiness. Clean, crisp, tart finish. Tasty!

Light bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Prickly and lively in the mouth and goes down slick and bubbly. Finishes accented with a tart, clean finish. Awesome!

Just a very well made and balanced beer. The feel is incredible and the flavors are just interesting enough. Definitely worth trying and worth waiting on to see what happens to this one.
