Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.

No false advertising here. Hazy light yellow appearance with nice lacing in a pint glass. Friuty aroma, but no harsh citrus influence detected. Taste followed aroma, east drinking. Light feel. Pretty good beer and a nice change of pace.

This is far and away the best beer I've ever had. It pours smoothly, with a beautiful hazy color and white head, with the sort of citrusy aroma you can expect from this sort of beer. As for taste and feel, it is as drinkable as any beer I've had to date, and the taste is splendid, the notes of orange and coriander are present but complimentary, with the beer being a smooth and pleasant mouthfeel.

Look: pours cloudy straw, fluffy white head, scattered lacing
Smell: coriander, orange zest, herbal, floral
Taste: coriander, orange zest, ginger, pineapple
Feel: light body, moderate carbo, prickly crispness
Overall: 5.2% abv - Pretty spicy out of the gate. Coriander and ginger dominant. Nice fruitiness of pineapple and orange zest. Wonderful floral scent came thru as it warmed. Very good new brew to me. Glad I picked it up and reviewed the #2 ranked Witbier. Cheers!

Very blonde look like lemonade except the outside of the cans had rouse your yeast advice... so I did ! SRM is about 1 leaning towards 2 with the cloudy yeast... this is blonde blonde blonde beer ...there was no nose at first when I open the can... I smelled the can after the poor definitely I can smell that orange peel.... On the poor it was very lively... After the lively pour... It just produced a few large co2 bubbles... But on the first draw... Zing... tingley carbonation . Dancing on my tongue with notes of orange peel and coriander... And some hint of vanilla... There's that distinctive Belgian yeast taste... Hmm... I need to let this settle... Lots of acidic fruit citrusy dancing on my tongue... Even a little lemon fades to lime..... The yeast is prevalent it's familiar but I don't know quite how to describe it today... The acidic citrus for dampens at yeast but it's so center to this beer... I don't have words for it... Now the burp... I said it was lively right... I'm not always rewarded with a burp... But yeah that was pleasant... Berliner Kindle weiss as similar yeast Esters... But this doesn't finish sour... A few HeffeWeiss beers have the same yeast profile... But man this is good!
I'm definitely going to have to update this one...
