Aside from the pleasant yet simple bottle design , this beer holds a place in Valhallah. This is the nectar of the gods. Never have I felt satisfied enough with a beer to rate it over a 3/5. This however , has changed my tastebud’s hopes. The balance of citrus and spices is masterful. I would recommend this beer blindly to any human with hopes of ever satisfying their beer cravings. I could imagine enjoying this beer while summiting a mountain, sunbathing in Boyton Beach, clubbing in downtown Miami, or grilling punta tracera after my 5 year old’s 3-0 win over his rec team’s rivalry game.

12 Oz Bottle poured into glass
Look - Very pale and cloudy. Decent foam head fades away somewhat slowly leaving some lacing on glass
Smell - Unlike other Belgian styles, i get more lemon peel aroma then orange although similar because they are both citrus. Coriander and herbs are present. Can also pick up the wheat.
Taste - It is quite herbal and spicy. Coriander is the main flavor but its not overwhelming. The orange peel flavor gives it a nice sweetness and earthiness. The wheat beer is refreshing to me in the summer months. Carbonation is medium-low and drinkability is sky high. Smooth and slightly creamy. Delicious.

Overall, i was expecting this to be a great beer and it was. It may not be the best Belgian all in all and quite expensive but it was worth it. I give it a grade of A-

Poured into a Carlsberg glass. nice 3” of foam. Date stamp on bottle. Nice looking golden color. Quite fragrant with spice and clove flavors. A great summertime beer that you can drink with food.

This one is a beauty. Smells and tastes authentically Belgian - lightly spicy, hints of fruitiness, smooth mouthfeel. Easy drinking and really enjoyable. yb

Followed the instuction on the lable, poured all but 1" of a 12-oz. bottle into a 16-oz, mug. Dated 06/11/18.
Faint smell of yeast and malt, looks like lemonade. Swished and poured the remainder into the mug.
Now it looks like hazy lemonade with an improved finger sized creamy white head with a ring of quickly falling lacing.
Taste starts out semi-sweet and slightly sour then transitions into a semi-sweet and bitter middle.
The finish has a Triscuit-like, bitter wheat kick. Moderately added bitter and citrusy hops linger, but not too long.
The abundance of malt and active carbonation support the mouthfeel, just shy of medium bodied. Clean semi-dry finish.
Easy to drink from being well balanced, the lightly added hops complement the bitterness of the wheat malt.
