Appearance-nice thick head from hard pour into glass. Fades quickly to ring around glass. The cloudy, golden color lets you know it is unfiltered.as directions instructed, I swirled bottle to stir up yeast at bottle. Looks great!

Smell-reminds me of fall. Bold spices, coriander and woodsy smells dominate. Nice smell.

Taste-very bold coriander and pine taste up front, just as advertised on the bottle and as the smell indicated. Very crisp.

Mouthfeel-nice, smooth feeling.

Overall-this is a good beer. The coriander taste is a bit strong for me at first but as I continue through the beer, it's not as strong. I would recommend this beer as a fall beer as the flavor and smell fit that season very well. I prefer this beer to the fall seasonal pumpkin beers.

A - Poured a cloudy, pale yellow. There is a relatively low head that pops up, retains for a short while, and forms a film on the top of the beer. The visible carbonation is quite lively, and the fine, small bubbles aid in the formation of light lacing on the sides of the glass.

S - Really nice strength of aroma here. The yeast leads the way with light banana, some sweetness and hints of spice.

T - Follows the nose. The flavor is complex, yet light. Typical wheat beer flavors with very light spiciness. Normally I'm wary of beers brewed with spices, but these add to the beer, rather than becoming the dominant presence.

M - Really nice. Medium-bodied with supporting carbonation that leaves a tingle on the tongue. It has a mildly dry finish, with a slightly funky aftertaste.

O - I could easily go through a six pack of these, particularly in the warmer months. Normally I savor a beer for 20 or more minutes, and I drained this one in less than 10. Definitely wanted a second. Highly recommend.
