Brewed for the 2010 Beer Advocate Belgian Beer Fest. This is the "small beer" of the two beers brewed for the 2010 fest. Brewed with two types of Pilsner, Red Wheat Malt, Victory Malt and Demerra Sugar. Hopped with Northern Brewer, Mt Hood and Nelson Sauvin. Fermented with Belgian Yeast Strain with significant phenolics and spice character.

On-tap at Brewvival 2012
Poured a hazy light gold with a think white head. Mildly funky aromas of ripe pear and crisp toasted grain. Taste is a similar mix of apple and pear, grain, and Belgian yeast. Crisp mouthfeel, with a medium body and good carbonation. Decent enough, but not very memorable.

A - Served a hazy golden-yellow color with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down fairly slowly leaving behind some good lace.
S - Aroma is a mix of light wheat with some sweetness, citrus, and grass. There is some Belgian yeast as well and a touch of funk.
T - Starts off with some sweet grains with some lemon and citrus and some light yeast. Through the middle some funk comes through with some more grain and lemon, as well as some gassy hop flavor. The finish is a mix of bigger yeast characters with some funk and lemon.
M - Medium-light bodied with moderate-plus carbonation. Feels smooth with a very crisp and dry finish.
D - Very drinkable. Nicely balance Belgian session ale with some light hop and Belgian yeast flavors.

T- Slightly hoppy. The hops and lemon are paired nicely. Bitter finish.
M- Very light body. Bubbly and lingering finish.
O- Light beer, decent taste. Pale ale through and through. Wouldn't bother with again.
