Great lacing from a creme colored foamy head stands atop a translucent dirty yellow (think pineapple juice) offering, wafting of a hint of dandelion and bubble gum. Taste falls into line with the aroma, as the additional flavor sensation includes light dandelion in the form of hop bite, bubble gum, a little alcohol presence and the finish of a tongue full of bitterness. Not over the top with Belgian yeast, but well balanced in taste and body.

Draft at The Bishop's Collar in philadelphia, PA.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with pineapple blonde edges and a two finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring.  Streaky lacing left behind.

Slightly floral aroma with a nice earthy, grassy hop presence that compliments the base very nicely.  Estery light fruit notes, bread, zesty spice and alcohol.

Medium bodied with a nice hop bite up front that compliments the zesty spice.  Earthy and grassy hops with peppery spice and coriander followed by bready yeast and estery light fruit notes.  Hints of apple, banana, pear and bread followed by subtle alcohol sweetness.  Really well balanced and the hops area really nice addition to the base beer.  Insanely drinkable and very refreshing with a well masked ABV.  Great beer!

Opaque straw, pillowy white head. Hints of clove, definitely getting sorachi ace dryness and spice, yellow fruit. Solid tripel. Well done

Appearance: golden yellow in color with a 2" head that lingers around a while. Nice lace develops.

Smell: a nice spiciness rises from the glass and into the nose here. Some citrus tones are much softer.

Taste: big malt profile with a bunch of earthy and spicy hops, and the Sorachi hop is easy to detect here. Lemon zest, grass, and alcohol combine to make an interesting tripel.

Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp to start, a little less crisp at the finish. The finish is also a bit dry. Long lasting spicy and earthy flavors stick to the tastebuds.

Overall: this was a very flavorful and well balanced beer. Slower sipping due to the style, but I had two in a session as it was very good.
