Had this one at the Copper Mine Pub today!

Appearance: Classic Tripel cloudy golden blond with a 1.5 finger white crown that shows some retention and moderate lace.

Smell: Sorachi Ace lemon notes baby! Also some herbal and grassy notes, mild hints of grapefruit, and bubblegum like belgian esters.

Taste: Mainly sorachi and bubblegum.

Mouthfeel: Light side of medium bodied with medium carbonation and a very dry finish.

Overall: One of the most enjoyable Allagash beers I've had in quite some time. Please make more or I'll be forced to homebrew it!!!! (Who am I kidding, I'll be homebrewing it either way!)

Had at Jamison Pourhouse. Has a cloudy golden color with a white farily tall head with excellent carbs.
I could definitly smell hops in the nose along with pils malts spice and candied sugar.
Taste is tart and refreshing with hints of pine and floral. Lemony tartness with some pepper spice.
Drinks bright and spritzy.
Very good offering with a decent hop backbone over a rich malty base.

Tap at Sierra Grille, always down for a new Allagash, especially a variation of their tripel.

Pours a very pale orange, translucent. Small white head falls to a slight cap quickly but retains well as that, leaving a bit of lace.

Smell/taste - Smell is good but a tad weak, taste is stronger. Quite reminiscent of their regular tripel, lots of apple, yeast, floral, pear, clove. The hop addition is noticeable - doesn't add a ton to the beer, but does provide some light citrus, lemon, and grassy notes.

High carbonation and a bit foamy, but fine and suitable for the style. Easy drinking, not much alcohol noticeable.

Quite good, I love Allagash Tripel, this came off as a bit too similar. A side by side would be nice to do.

Great lacing from a creme colored foamy head stands atop a translucent dirty yellow (think pineapple juice) offering, wafting of a hint of dandelion and bubble gum. Taste falls into line with the aroma, as the additional flavor sensation includes light dandelion in the form of hop bite, bubble gum, a little alcohol presence and the finish of a tongue full of bitterness. Not over the top with Belgian yeast, but well balanced in taste and body.
