Fluxus 2012 is a strong ale brewed with spelt and spiced with green and pink peppercorns. It was fermented with the same strain of yeast that DeDolle (Belgium) uses.

large fluffy head that has staying power
smells great. light a bit of orchard and farm mixed
a Belgian yeasty hay taste. mellow peppercorn taste. fruity sweet and a bit tart. it has aged well
nice zest of carbonation.
delicious found the other day at my local bottle shop and will go back and buy more.

Surprised by this one. It's been a couple years since I've had it fresh, but this is wonderfully well balanced and flavorful. Despite the lightness and low alcohol content, this is quite good after two years. I don't remember the state of the peppercorns in the fresh state, but not much left. What's there is just a nice Belgian ale
