This Double IPA is loaded with waves of some of the juiciest hops available. Citra, Mosaic, Columbus blend together to make this hop juice. Intentionally left hazy with yeast in suspension to create a soft mouthfeel and enhance the flavor of this wonderfully hoppy beer.

Unfortunately Blissful Ifnornac is showing its age with candied pineapple and orange in the aroma and flavor that is right on the edge of cloying. Bitterness is moderate but seems to have fallen back some. I would love to try this again fresh.

It has strong citrus flavors with a bit of stone fruit. It also has pine notes with a bit of floral. There are some resinous notes as well.

A - A hazy, dark orange pour, white head fading a fairly dense thin cap. Lots of lacing across the glass.
S - Strong hit of pine, grass and funk, peach, mango and citrus, limestone and earthiness.
T - Open of stone fruit, peach primarily, with grapefruit and orange citrus, a dry malt line, pith bitter close.
M - Mild carbonation, slightly slick on the tongue, a drying clean finish.
O - A solid hazy IIPA, with good flavor and a easy drinking finish.

Poured an orange gold body with decent one-finger head that slowly died. Aroma is like lemony citric and floral hops mixed with papaya and mango. Smooth, medium body, very easy to drink, almost no bitterness underneath an herbal tea like sweetness as get citric notes and something sweet like fruit and even honey (it’s not honey). Finished clean with no bitterness and a dangerous sipper due to hidden ABV.

Tasted at the MSP airport at Stonearch. Typical hazy ipa dark yellow hue. Smell a bit refined but good aroma of oranges and the mosaic/citra blend is there. A slight bite on the front end but it is a DIPA so expected and the alcohol is well hidden. Nice smooth intake and not too much carbonation. Great beer on my layover!

Milkshake cloudy with an amber color. Moderate but dense head that never fully recedes. Wider streaks on the glass as the tasting proceeds.
Very good blend of slightly sweet pale malt with a floral and slightly spicy hop nose.
The malt portion has some lactose sweetness. More bitter than creamy sweet, these flavors last throughout the tasting, with the hop biting the most in the swallow. There's also a strong alcohol presence in the swallow. The body leans rich but the carbonation is a bit high as well. Long aftertaste.

Very hazy orange look with some yeast specks. Smell is strong tropical and dankness. One of my favorite brews. Sweet juiciness & a nice strong juicy hop bitterness that lingers. Very happy to have this gem available from Big Lake, MN down here in FL.

Hazy, medium golden orange color. Slightly tart, citrus aroma. Medium bodied, with the bite of citrus peel astringency, to the taste. A bit thin in taste and finish.
