Not a bad draft selection by the waitress; quite a dark amber looking beer with light head and hardly any velvet lacing on the glass interior; TP rates it at a 27 IBU, but I didn't see that; dark and smooth with no overbearing taste and more like a 20 IBU in my opinion. Beer is quite drinkable.

Taste: As it finally warmed, you could taste the balance of malt to hop. mild malt nose. Deep amber and clear, with a smaller head . Medium body. They do not help their beers by serving them at 29 degrees F in a chilled glass.

Had on-tap at a Vegas location. Poured into a tall chilled Stein.

L: Pours a clear dark brown color. Thick tannish head with modest lacing.

S: Mild toasted malts.. nutty and earthy.

T/F: Toasted grains and malts. Nutty and clean. Slight hop presence for a dry finish. Ample carbonation. Served too cold with frozen beer crystals floating at the top of the pour. Better as it warmed a bit.

O: Not bad.. pretty middle of the road but better than your typical macro fare and serving it at the proper temperature would be a huge plus.

Depending on location all of the Twin Peaks brews are going to hit or miss. I had their (nearly frozen) Knotty Brunette at the Corpus Christi location. Overall it is a 3 on a five scale.
This is an American Brown Ale with a good nutty flavor and mild hops. I think if they did not pour it in really cold and in freakin frozen mug it would taste better and score better.
Half way through all it was watered down and this ruined any hope of a good experience.
