CANNED ON 01/27/2021 stamped on the bottom.

S: Fruit salad/punch hop aroma dominated by tangerine, pineapple, and passionfruit with some dank weed aroma in the background.
T: Flavor is as intense as the aroma with passionfruit, pineapple, orange, and lime with moderate yeast esters. Low bitterness overall. Alcohol is dangerously well-hidden.
M: Exceedingly drinkable for the ABV with medium body and carbonation with soft feel but fairly dry finish.
O: A delicious DIPA/TIPA with high tropical and citrus fruity aromas and flavors and incredible drinkability. Impressive beer form Ocelot.

On tap at Dominion Wine and Beer.
A bit of haze. Pale orange. The is disappointing when compared to the taste as it is generally lacking or low in its intensity. Crisp, citric and citrus, herbal and resinous hoppiness. Good bitterness for such a high ABV beer.

16oz can dated 02/08/22 and poured into a snifter shows a cloudy, near hazy, pastel yellow body that almost floats a head of white bubbles, but really just has a thin moonscape. Agitation form a cap with generous running spotted lacing.
Fruity, green, earthy aromas are inviting with green onion losing to stone fruits and alcohol.
Flavors shed the onion nicely, with lime, strawberry, peach, orange, grapefruit, apricot and alcohol leading the way.
Mouthfeel is full and sticky, almost chewy.
Overall a great experience. Almost like eating grapefruit flesh, including bits of pith.
Thanks, Craig.

Pours a hazy straw color with a small off white head. Hops, Sweet pineapple and citrus on the nose. Taste is a home run with a near perfect balance of hops with the sweetness of tropical fruit, very mild tartness of citrus and mild bitterness of grapefruit and pine. One of the best IPAs in my opinion!

Pours golden with bright white head. Hazy but not murky. A little strawberry on the nose. There's a lot of tropical sweetness, pineapple and mango, with a little bit of strawberry, and some earthiness. As it warms, the fusel alcohol character becomes more prominent. One of the better TIPAs you'll have the opportunity to drink.

Draft at Churchkey. Orange golden body, clear, nice silky, bubbly head. Hoppy aroma, some pine, some citrus. Taste explodes in your mouth, juicy bitterness. Creamy mouth feel. Long lasting finish, and a bit of heat. Nice!

16 oz can poured into willybecher glass canned on 1/30.
A: crystal clear light amber burnished gold body. Not much of a Head but what was there was Soapy and white.
S: cantaloupe, honeydew, a little peach, and pineapple. Mostly over ripened stone fruit.
T: lots of soft honeydew cantaloupe pineapple a little mango and slight peach with some underlying alcohol. Lots of melon though.
M: fairly dry lower carbonation isn’t super syrupy for such a high ABV.
O: This is a masterful boozy beer. Inviting you back sip after sip without overwhelming the senses anywhere.

Definitely one of the prettier big deal IPAs I've seen in a bit: golden with a slight chill haze, white head with decent retention for the ABV, nice lace.
Aroma is all about the hops. Black currant, mango, berries, grapefruit, pineapple, and a hint of pine and dank
Flavor reflects aroma strongly. Just a hint of toasted bread malt flavor. Wish the booze was better intergrated
Relatively light given the strength. Booziness limits drinkability.
A nice high ABV IPA, but boozy
