This West-Coast inspired IPA features 4 notable hop varieties to produce poignant citrus notes with pine and hop bitterness. A malt bill that includes Pilsner malts and American Red Wheat gives this IPA a healthy mouth feel.

Pretty enjoyable stuff, but enjoy Boom more. It's billed as a wcipa, and I thinks that aligns with its characteristics. Haven't seen much from this brewer locally last year or two, hoping they can get distro going better.

Didn't steal this can. Didn't see a date on it. Didn't see the West Coast inspiration behind this beer either as it just came across as an enjoyable, American IPA that reminded me of the Lone Pint beer from Texas that I had not terribly long ago. Once in a while, it's welcome to have something just a bit different on the palate and this certainly fit that bill...
This had a decent, translucent amber hue to it with plenty of fine sediment floating in it with a full head topping it off. The foam quickly settled as there was enough sections of soapy lacing left behind down the side of my pint glass. Pine, wheat, tropical fruit, and booze filled the mild nose as the taste contained all of those. Full from the Pilsner Malt and American Red Wheat, it was counterbalanced by white grape, lychee, grass, and an underlying sweetness that tied everything in together. Didn't seem like a typical New England IPA nor like something from the West Coast, which was perfectly fine by me!
The citrus, like the amount of alcohol in this, was light as a moderate slickness remained on my teeth once I fully finished this off. Not the freshest beer I've had as of late but this had enough going for it, including the intrigue factor. Please, don't steal this can but if you do, drink it ASAP while finding it's contradictions pleasing...

Hmm, after reading some of the reviews I have to wonder if I'm reviewing the same beer. Pours a hazy, golden yellow with a decent head that dissipates rather quickly. Aroma is light, citrusy. Taste starts citrusy, and then rolls back along the tongue to a pleasant hop bitterness. I also perceived a bit of celery in the initial flavor. Has a nice smooth, creamy mouthfeel. It's an enjoyable beer, refreshing on a hot summer evening.

Lord Hobo's Steal This Can is the rare juicy beer that really excites me. Its pineapple and papaya flavors overlay a dry, hoppy, almost piny taste that don't leave the mouth feeling too sweet or too sour. Its a refreshing beer that can also pair well with more savory flavors. They're onto something with this one.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a conical pint glass; canned on 12/20/17, obtained cold at the brewery and refrigerated until consumed.
A: Pours a very hazy, bright, orange tinged golden color with a half inch, foamy chiffon colored head, decent, if spotty retention, but rings and rings of fine Belgian lacing. Methode champenoise quality bubbles evident.
S: Aromas of white grapefruit, peach, melon, and orange with a very spicy note.
T: Flavor leans more to apricot and peach, pineapple, with less citrus. Light roast malt backbone evident, but remains dry. Cracked grain flavor waxes as it warms. Bitterness solid and imparts crispness.
M: Light to medium bodied with strongly persistent, if light, effervescence. Crisp and refreshing.
O: A very light bodied, refreshing, drinkable American IPA. Think of it as an entry level NEIPA for your friend who are challenged by the style. Probably wise not the actual try stealing it.
