Reviewed from notes. Poured from a 16 oz. can into an El Catador teku glass.

A: Crystal clear gold, until some haze gets poured into the glass from the bottom of the can. A good amount of visible carbonation, and a couple fingers of white head with good retention.

S: Tropical fruity and dank hops. Cracker malts. Some citrus and resin hops as well. Decent, not exciting.

T: Resin, tropical fruit, and melon hops. Citrus and a pithy bitterness. Cracker malts. Mild dank and spice hops as well. Pith and resin bitterness in the hang.

M: Medium body. Good carbonation sensation with a frothy mouthfeel. Average alcohol presence for style.

O: This was serviceable, but completely forgettable for an IPA. I don't think there's much wrong with this, other than a little more melon and spice hop profile than I'd prefer. But it was just a serviceable hoppy canned beer among so many others on the shelves. And there's several of the aforementioned "others" which I would pick every time over this.

Lord Hobo's Steal This Can is the rare juicy beer that really excites me. Its pineapple and papaya flavors overlay a dry, hoppy, almost piny taste that don't leave the mouth feeling too sweet or too sour. Its a refreshing beer that can also pair well with more savory flavors. They're onto something with this one.

Very good IPA. Great smell of hops, perhaps a touch of grass but pleasant. Also, a slight sweet and sour smell. I like the fact that it isn't overly carbonated too.

Thanks to jimboothdesigns for this tall boy! Appearance is slightly hazy, straw-gold in color. Nice white head dissipates fairly quickly. Smell of piney hops and some citrus. Taste is solid with even taste throughout with a wonderful lingering taste. For me, the ABV is in the sweet spot. Overall solid, will try this one again. Would love to try on tap.

Bright orange at first and then sediment hits the glass and it gets slightly hazy with particles. Sticky smell, hoppy but indeterminate. Flavor is sticky, decent hops but nothing special.

Drank from can.

Overall, decent New England IPA. Needs some refinement, but overall a nice local offering. Has a lot of potential.

look; pale golden with a hint of orange, thin airy head that leaves a covering that stays for the duration, slowly thinning for the first five minutes to a 1" diameter flat foam iceberg that never goes away, moderate visible tiny bubble carbonation
smell; hoppy fruit salad, mosaic? kiwi orange-grapefruit, pine, marigold, rose, hay,
taste, more fruity citrusy hops, then pine, not dry at all, finishes with a biscuity malt note smothered in sweet red grapefruit.
feel; mild carbonation feel, wet, flavors seem to spread and grow for a couple of seconds in the mouth
overall; tasty, i liked everything going on and was entertained by this fruity hoppy pale ale in an ipa's clothing

Much better than boom sauce. Not outstanding but pretty good.

16oz can from the brewery.

Pours a mildly hazed dull golden hue, loving the tiny bubble froth on top. Minty spicy hop nose with some zest and faint juiciness, kiss of maltiness as well. Semi-deep smoothness, just enough crispness. Hop bitterness is nearly at a perfect level here, lots of herbal, grassy, dirty citrus, pithy, and minty hop flavor. Some balance, malt shows off in the middle with a light toasted biscuity flavor. Hint of alcohol and dried fruit in the long lingering semi-bitter finish. Enjoyable, doesn't seem like its trying to be anything else other than a solid IPA. Some unique or not often seen qualities for the style make it that much more interesting. Great job.

Had on tap. Pours clear, gold in color, with 1/4 inch head. taste is grapefruit, citrus, and light bread. Medium bodied, bitter but not overly so. Tasty ipa that I would have again, although I prefer others in the style.

Poured from a can into a pint glass.

Appearance: Hazy golden color with a thin white head.

Smell: Light hops and citrus.

Mouthfeel/ Taste: Smooth medium bodied. Taste of bitter pine notes and sweeter citrus well blended, bitter aftertaste.

Overall: Good IPA. I would have this one again.

Very clear, pale straw yellow with streams of fine bubbles rising up to a rocky, dimpled head of off-white foam that settles slowly to a quarter inch cap. Aroma of piney hops and orange find, subtle clean malt. Flavor matches the nose nearly exactly. Moderate bitterness with a noticeable sharpness. Very subtle honey malt rides beneath, but this is a pretty dry and clean beer. Would like more hop character, but good beer overall.
