Appearance: Moderate, dense sticky white head adorns a hazy medium golden body, with scattered thick lace, and slight carbonation.
Aroma: Slightly spicy, classical wheat beer aroma, accented by bread malt notes, and mildly earthy yeast.
Taste: Moderately spicy wheat malt notes at the open, these turn mildly sweet midway through the taste, and continue to the close. Finishes with a mild herbal hop note, which lingers well past the end of the taste.
Mouth feel: Smooth and fairly full, pleasant, with a slight sting of carbonation.
Drinkability/notes: A solid, pleasant example.
Presentation: Packaged in a short twelve-ounce brown glass bottle with a twist-off crown, served in a standard Pilsener glass.
