16 ounce can into a Hop Butcher stemless teku glass. Canned 6/15/17, had 7/2/17.

Pours a mostly clear golden color, with a one inch foamy head and a fair amount of foamy lacing. Smells of pine, resin, pineapple, mango, dank hops, some yeast, light malt, a bit of a sweet aroma. Tastes of resin, pine, it’s dank with a little green onion, orange, mango, some pineapple, light malt, a light bitterness throughout. Refreshing, smooth, a good lighter body, well carbonated.

The Mosaic hops showcase well, a nice hop balance overall, a decent malt backbone. Enjoyable.

Pours a crisp and clear bright golden yellow.

Citrus fruit forward with other tropical notes.

A simpler but delicious blend of citrus and tropical fruit.

Light-bodied, medium carbonation, crisp, clean.

Overall, a highly drinkable APA.

Straight outta Bowmanville...
Draft at Bad Apple, served in a tulip.

Light bright orange, skim of foam on the surface, sticky collar and a little spotty lace around the edges.

Mosaic pungency, dank and tropical guava aroma, light cheesiness.
Resiny bitterness, light tropical hint, dank weed, pale malt base comes through.
Light bodied, easily drinkable. First beer from these guys and I'm impressed.

Tasted in a Sahm Sensorik tumbler from a one pint can on June 17, 2018. Mosaic hopped American pale ale. Flavors of juicy tropical and citrus fruits. Decent.

Very tasty mosaic APA. Just a notch below Lizard King in my opinion. Definitely worth trying.

Very impressed with this APA. Thick, fluffy head that remains in part until the last pull. Lacing all the way down the glass. Aroma is of tropical fruit with some pine and dank. Flavor matches the aroma. Good malt flavor leads to a balanced beer, with a pleasant bitterness. One of the best APAs I have had. I hope to find some more, but understand that beers from this brewery sell out very quickly.

Pours a dark orange color - hazy and slightly opaque. Thick four finger frothy head is obtained with a vigorous pour. Lovely appearance with some visible carbonation. Lingering head with tons of sticky lacing in the glass.

Smell is a lovely aroma of orange, orange zest, grapefruit, ,mango and pine. There is a definite sweetness in the nose reminiscent of sweet fruit.

Taste follows the nose with some orange and grapefruit up front with notes of mango before giving way to a piney bitterness that is so nicely balanced. Solid malt backbone is noticeable especially in the finish as it balances the bitterness. Lots of pine, sap and pine needles in the finish.

Feel is light, crisp and smooth. Bit of sweetness in the feel is nicely balanced out in the resinous dry finish.

Overall a really nice pale ale. Its nothing crazy, but its a perfectly executed single hopped pale ale. I'll be drinking plenty more of this in the future.

Excellent pale ale. These guys excel at their pale ales. Most people reach for their double new england style spas, but their pale ales are better balanced and more enjoyable. Overripe blueberries all the way in this one.
