Appearance: Arrives cloudy and honey colored with a modest head that leaves a few clumps
Smell: Acetic aromatics with apricot and funk
Taste: Acetic and bitter from the outset, with apricot flavors merging with a funky barnyard element; puckery and hoppy finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; somewhat puckery
Overall: A tad too hoppy for my palate on a hoppy sour beer, though the Citra does shine

i actually prefer this to the ejector double dry hopped wild beer they do, the hops overtake that fermenting agents a little bit in that one, i prefer it like this, more balanced for sure, and still well hoppy! totally brett driven beer, oddly a whole lot more funky than most of the others i have had from these guys, quite low on the sourness really, but that doesnt bother me at all, especially in a beer like this with the bright citrus hop notes, prefer funk to sour most of the time there. this is complex beer for sure, seemingly a little more interesting than many of their others on the yeast side of things, likely a mix od brett strains, patiently waited upon, this is dry and clean. the hops are awesome, grapefruit and tangerine notes, citra for sure and some others that jive well with it. fuller bodied, lots of wheat and oats or something it would seem, murky and thick feeling, again a bit unrefined on the grain side and on the feel from these guys, but the flavors here warrant it at least a little bit. good carbonation, nice fruity hoppy finish without the bitter, and a pleasant drying rustic funk from the brett. great beer overall.
