Walking in, there's lots of wood and it has a great "pub" feel. Plush leather couches and overstuffed chairs in the front, nice long bar, and tables and booths throughout.

Very nice taplist. Good Belgians, nice imports, really good selection of micros from around the country. Way better than I was expecting to find in this neck of the woods and based on previous reviews. Bottle list isn't all that extensive but there's some of interesting stuff depending on your mood.

Service gets a big check plus. The first beer I ordered was a mid-west brewery that I'm familiar with but haven't had this one. The bartender told me he just tapped a new keg 15 minutes ago and I might want to have something else and let it settle for a bit cause he had to muscle it into the serving fridge. Honesty rules! Later when I asked him about the brewery, (yeah, I'm a dick I was testing him..) he knew his shit. Knew his Belgians too.

I ate elswhere before I came here so can't comment on the food.

Pints of micros are generally $5, Imports are a likttle higher but still reasonable.

Beer snobs headed for Oklahoma on business, do not despair. This is a very nice place!!!

Tapwerks Ale House is located in the Bricktown district of Oklahoma City near the hotel I was staying at. Once you enter, there's an Irish Pub feel. Dark wood. Lots of tables and booths. I believe there's also a second level. The had quite a few taps, maybe 100 or so.

My server was welcoming and prompt in his service. I ordered some food to take back to the hotel.

I had a local milk stout. Very cool vibe. I enjoyed my visit.

Great place! Nice vibe and good people. Nachos were typical pub food but enough to feed two of us with leftovers. Nice selection of the growing number of MIO brews (made in OK) as well as some really nice contenders from near and far. Wallace took great care of us! I will definitely return next time I am in town!

This place is just incredible. 100+ taps and servers who know craft beer and provide great service. I happened to be here during OKC Craft Beer Week. Was able to get some glasses and try great beer (Prairie Bomb on tap).

Food was great. I had a southwest salad that was large, tasty, and priced very reasonable.

This spot represents craft beer well and a real gem.

TapWerks has been around awhile but has withstood the test of time as a place to get good beer in okc. With the craft beer rage it has only increased in popularity. The food is consistently solid. Service can be spotty but beer selection is great. Also, serving temperature is not always optimum. If you like a cigar you can venture upstairs and usually enjoy live music also.
