I live in Plymouth, and have been to this place twice. It has a pretty good craft beer selection. It is kind of an awkward layout, with the bar and dining area separate.

Flynn's has recently been my go to place to meet friends for a pint night out. What they have going for them is the largest tap list around. Lots of good local beers to try and they usually have four tap lines dedicated to harder to find beers. Prices range from $5 to $10 for most taps, but most of their beers are available in half pours as well. Atmosphere is similar to most American Irish bars with a long bar in the center. Service has always been friendly but hit or miss. We like food well done and often the food has been undercooked. Most of the food is American greasy hangover style food. That said, they offer a huge variety of burgers that are tasty. To me this is an ideal place to grab a beer, and hope for the best with service.

The first thing you notice when entering this busy Irish Pub is the long bar with a massive line of taps behind it. Their draft selection is by far the best around, but that's really the only thing going for this place.
It's very busy with locals even on weeknights, so be prepared to wait. The atmosphere is fine, family friendly, nothing remarkable. I've heard some really good Irish musicians playing there though.
They have small, expensive pours of beer, and servers typically don't know the product well. Service in general is pretty basic. The menu is pub grub and features previously frozen fish (we're so close to the ocean!) and lots of fried choices. The burgers are pretty good.
I live close by and used to go from time to time, but it's been diminishing returns the past few times I went. The beer selection is great though, in spite of my other critiques.
