Pale ale fermented 100% with our own unique house blend of Brettanomyces. The nose is almost predominantly tropical fruit juice. Notes of tropical pineapple and mango dominate with a hint of orange rind. A subtle resinous hop character leads to a soft malt backbone. The beer finishes long and dry with bare hint of tartness.

-pretty golden tap pour with a slight haze. Minimal effervescence evident. Minute bubbles cling after droughts. Aroma is minimal. Flavor is delicate, lightly hopped winth only a wisp of Brett. - hoping for more funk, but this is a very pleasant quaff

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and poured with a massive three finger high white head that took a very long time to die down, consistency leaving a finger high head covering the surface. The bottle also continually erupted out foam for about ten minutes after pouring out half of a glass into a snifter.
S: Light to moderate aromas of brett funk and pineapples are present in the nose; the pineapples become stronger as the beer warms up.
T: The taste follows the smell, but has more yeasty flavors to go along with the funk and pineapples. The yeastiness is more like what you would expect from a saison. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a high amount of carbonation. In some aspects, the yeast lends for dryness in the mouthfeel.
O: You need to be very patient before drinking this beer and let foam die down. Apart from this, it seemed to be a little to yeasty for an APA and something more like you would expect out of a saison.
