Rattle N Hum West.
A- Slightly hazy golden draft to pint glass. Thick and tall white frothy head with good retention. Massive belt leaves the entire glass coated in sheets.
S- Fairly balanced aroma of hops and pale crackery grains. Orange zest, floral and pine hops. Bready balance.
T- Again mostly orange, floral and pine hops balance out with a bit of sweetness, cereal, bread and cracker notes.
MF- Light bodied with a hardly creamy, puffy texture. Medium level of carbonation and somewhat watery overall. Light herbal bitterness.
Sweet orange zest hops and pale grains make up the bulk of the flavor profile in a refreshing IPA but one that could use some more texture and flavor.

Pours a hazy pale straw in color with a finger of dense, long-lasting white head. Aroma is subdued with some citrus and pine. Taste is similarly subdued with a bit of grapefruit upfront, then some grainy pale malt, and a piney, lightly bitter, drying finish. Body starts out as medium then thins out to a light body with moderate carbonation. Overall a solid beer but not very interesting.
