Hibiscus flowers bring tartness balanced by a faint clove and peppery yeast profile with a touch sweetness from local organic Ohia Lehua Hawaiian honey from the Big Island, Hawaii. Crisp and dry with a tart finish. Slight Pink foamy head. A solid beach beer for those beautiful Hawaiian days.

A: The beer is very amber in color and has some hints of yellowish hues. It poured with a half finger high white head that gradually died down, leaving a collar around the edge and rings of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of yeast are present in the nose along with notes of hibiscus.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of honey.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly chewy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is an interesting tropical twist on a saison, particularly with the aromas and flavors of hibiscus flowers.
Serving type: can

Had at Lanikai's Tap & Barrel.
Pours a very unusual light reddish color. Has a pinkish head that dissipates quickly but leaves a collar.
Aroma is floral. Must be the ohia lehua flowers. Pleasant.
Taste if also floral. All rather subtle flavors. Nothing overpowering. Enjoyable and drinkable.
Mouthfeel is rather light and lightly cleansing.
Overall, I rather enjoyed this beer. Worth a try, if for no other reason than that fascinating color. But, I also enjoyed the taste. I wouldn't call it a classic saison, but that shouldn't dissuade anyone from giving it a try.

purchased bottle at Tamuras. Brown hazy and amber in color. Very fresh and crisp with notes of hibiscus. Very drinkable and refreshing.

Pours red with a white head. Awsum scent from the hibiscus flower. Taste delicious with a strong ale taste. But no funk other brews can have. Very drinkable at 7 abv.
