Pours a light bright yellowish orange color. Slightly opaque, but not completely. Thinnish white head dissipates leaving a thin spotty layer of foam on top of the beer. Plenty of sticky lacing left behind.

Smell has notes of lemon, orange, basil, and pine.

Taste follows the nose with notes of orange, lemon, strong basil with some notes of pine, sap and grass. SUPER herbal as the beer warms with some peppery yeast.

Feel is light bodied, smooth and refreshing. Medium carbonation.

Overall a very good IPA from Magnify.

Date: July 18, 2015... Glassware: nondescript pint... Occasion: celebrating promotion/job hiring for Shan and I with Rich and Mary...Again, not my usual blow-by-blow account of the beer's aspects--because, again, I am enjoying the evening with friends--I will highlight this beer's strengths (and there are a few): dark, almost tempestuous body with the density to intimidate; the piney, resinous allure with the equally intense citrus explosion; the medium-to-full bodied weight in the mouth, drinkable and formidable; the finishing touches of mango, peach, sweet sugars and enough malt to anchor an otherwise tropical storm of fruit...the only objections that counters its immediate satisfaction are the usual lack of head when being served in a restaurant, and the brewer's claim of "smooth, light bitterness"--the bitterness is enough to pull at the lips, despite its welcoming flavors...glad to have tried this on the menu, and I look forward to other Magnify offerings...

Very pale blond. Thin body. Somewhat pallid. Drinkable, but nothing to write home about.

Drank it on an 85 degree day after yard work.

Very refreshing, perfectly balanced flavors of Lemon peel with a hint of what tastses almost like fruity pebbles cereal (in a good way). Hop bitterness is perfect, not too intense not too weak.

Seems to have the malt characteristic of a craft pilsner which, Along with the fruitiness, is perfect on a summer day.
Not too much on the nose except for slight bitterness and again fruitiness.

Mouthfeel if light to medium bodied with a little sizzle on the tongue from the carbonation.

This beer is meant to be enjoyed on your porch or on a beach chair in the sun. I live in northern New Jerey and this is by far THE BEST ipa I’ve had from any Local brewery and I’m debating whether or not it is the best I’ve ever had point blank. (up against Single Cut-anybody remember laughter?)

Appearance: pours a golden yellow color with a 1" head that slowly falls.

Smell: grapefruit, lemon zest, and some hop bitterness hits the nose.

Taste: caramel, grapefruit, some pine, mango, lemon zest, and a moderate bitterness.

Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp throughout. Some dryness arrives late.

Overall: a really easy to drink IPA with a well balanced profile.

A - Slightly hazy and medium orange pour with a massively thick and rocky white cream head on top, carbonation is low.

S - Bright and pungent smelling citrus. Juicy red grapefruit,

T - Very little malt sweetness nips the tongue up front and finishes strong with spicy, resiny, citrus that lingers for a very long time with moderate sticky pine bitterness.

M - Medium body with a slightly creamy body and soft carbonation.

O - This is a really nice IPA and really dig the sticky hop resin in this beer.
