A - Very clear and golden with a rocky, white head that left lots of lace as it slowly dissipated to a decent sized cap that remained throughout the rest of the drinking period.

S - Some lite graininess, alcohol, peppery spice and light fruits (peach & apricot), with a hint of banana. Have to search for most of it but it's there.

T - Banana. Lots of banana in this one. Some hints of apricot and alcohol, but the banana is really the dominate flavor.

M - Crisp, with a full body feel.

D - This is a good beer that I will have again if I can make it back o Wichita while it's still available. Not the greatest Tripel in the world, but give it try while you can.
