Is this a NEIPA or a Grisette? I'm trying to find the belgian saison hiding in this beer but all I get is an outstanding tasting NEIPA IMO. Aroma is intense and flavor matches with hop burst of tropical fruits. Taste finishes with a touch of lingering bitter but its pretty mild. Mouthfeel is a little fizzy which doesn't necessarily detract from this beer but its not typical.

Overall, its a very well made beer. Only real complaints are:
1) the hops are so intense they overpower the subtle notes of the Belgian yeast
2) Price was very expensive...$18 for 4 pack /16oz cans from store. Can't afford this on the regular.

Hazy orange. Rocky, thick finger of white head, stays around for a while, rings of lace
Lots of orange and tropical fruit aromas, but it's all hops, no yeast aroma
Flavor shows a bit more yeast flavor, just a bit of phenolics, but overall, it's mainly orange/tropical hop flavor. Fairly saturated. A bit of grainy, wheaty malt underneath.
Dry, lean mouthfeel. Good carbonation.
Not sure how I feel about this. Essentially a NEPA fermented with a saison yeast? It's good, but I don't think I'd get it again

Double dry hopping a grisette seems like an okay idea, but you'd better use the right hops...and that's not what happened here. A delicate grisette is struggling against an onslaught of citrus. That doesn't sound terrible but it's a palate clash to me.
