Pours a clear pale-medium amber producing 2+ fingers of foamy, beige, somewhat lasting head that leaves wisps & splotches of thin lace. Aroma of citrus, herb and floral hops backed by pale, biscuit & a hint of toasted malts. Taste is more balanced than is usual for a pale ale: orange, pine and herbal earthy hop notes balanced with caramel, biscuit & faint toasted malt with subtle hints of brown sugar & nuts. Mouthfeel is light-medium bodied with medium-high carbonated, creamy, smooth but with a light pepper prickle. Approaching a uniqueness in its hop/malt profile in the pale ale style. Oh so drinkable.

A: It has a dense, musky, and burnt orange color to it.

S: Had an orange, lemon and biscuit scent.

T: Citrusy and hoppy with a caramel malt flavor.

M: A medium bodied beer with medium carbonation.

O: I really like how well rounded this beer is, especially the caramel malt flavors it brought out. It's more enjoyable on a cooler day.
