When pouring the beer, you get a completely clear yellow beer with white foam. The foam has small to medium bubbles and is quite thin, and disappears fast. The beer has a clear yellow color. The smell is a bit malty and clean. A little bitter tones and hints of hay and flowers. Little acid and sweetness from Lemon and apricot. A little butter in the background. The taste is clean and easy. It is mild with thin tones of little bitterness. Little flowers, hay and some spices, a little black pepper? Thin notes of citrus and hops. A little small dry but refreshing good taste, easy to drink.

The colour is straw yellow, maybe with a tint of gold (5 EBC), the liquid is clear. The high head is compact and white. It is very firm, and it leaves some lacing while slowly sinking.
The smell is malty and clean. It is much drier than expected from a Swedish pilsener. Clean medium strong bitter notes, hints of hay and fresh flowers. Perhaps a hint of butter in the background?
The taste is fresh and clean. Mild yet noticeable hop bitterness, some flowers and hay and an elegant sweetness. Low to medium body. Hints of black pepper and smooth hops in the clean and refreshing aftertaste. The finish got hints of mint and white loaf.
The carbonation is fresh and medium strong. Lots of very small long-lasting bubbles. The liquid is light.
A fresh no-nonesnse German pils. Much better than expected.

The beer is pale straw colored, has a white head that settles somewhat unevenly, leaving some lacing, small curtains.
The smell has some bread and cereal notes, lemon and some boiled vegetables.
Initial white bread sweetness, some lemon juice notes, a pure alkaloid bitterness.
Medium carbonation, small bubbles, soft, slightly sticky and a sharpish dryness.
Overall a clean and straight lager, a bit closer to the Swedish (sweet) pale lager style than the dry German pilsener.

A: Pours clear golden with a tall white compact head that sets slowly into pretty nice lacings.
S: Grassy and bitter hops. Nice pilsener malt, semi-sweet. But sadly a bit too modest (or mild).
T: Bitter hops and semi-sweet pilsener malt. Light in taste. Some Citric notes well hidden.
M: Lovely long bitter aftertaste. Body is light and a bit metallic. Carbonation is medium and smooth.
O: A Nice pilsener, with a lot of things right - but way too weak.
