Got to try batch 1 and 2 in the same tasting and Batch 2 is a much better representation of what the beer should be in my opinion. Batch 1 had a very subtle pink hue where the second batch was a bit darker color from the raspberry. The smell of the beer was much fruitier in batch 2. The taste was much more flavorful with tart jammy raspberry in batch 2 as well. Overall both were solid beers but it seems like they knew where they needed to go and did it.

My first try of this beer and Dio in general. Had it with some friends alongside some top sours/wild ales, and this really held it's own. Awesome nose and beautiful color. Flavor was nicely balanced and more complex than we expected. Really glad I took the chance on these guys with their membership and looking forward to the next few releases.

This brewery is going to do some big things. This beer was as good if not better than Atrial Rubicite. The nose crushed all other raspberry beers I have had. Smelled just like fresh picked berries. The flavor was just as juicy and tart, although it does finish with a little funkiness from the farmhouse cultures. Either way this was a major surprise.

Wow-wo-wee! What a great brew! I've had several batches of this and it is amazing. The color is a gorgeous pink and the fresh smell of raspberries shines through. The taste is very similar to Bretta Rosè from Firestone Walker, but a little more rustic and unrefined (in a good way). This will be a flagship beer in the coming future that EVERYONE will be talking about.
