Poured from a 650ml bottle.7.5% ABV, 54 IBU
A: Pours a Light Golden with a light haze but way over carbonated. A huge white head formed it made it hard to pour but good lacing.
S: Strong yeast nose pretty much it.
T: To me its a Belgian Saison with hops.
F: Over carbonated at least this bottle was
O: Not the beer for me i am sure some will like but i would not call it a IPA.

Old Abbey Ales '100% Brett IPA' @ 7.5% , served from a 650 ml bottle purchased for $6
A-pour is a light gold from the the bottle to a clear pale gold in the glass with a large white head leaving a spotty lace along the pint , last pour is hazey
S-funky brett
T-true brett tasting IPA , bit funky , tad harsh
MF-ok carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-just an ok beer & brett IPA

Clear gold with a touch of amber, 1.5 fingers of soapy white head. Really nice nose full of pineapple and tropical fruit brett and some nice floral, fruity hops.
Taste has a bunch of that fruity brett, in a much drier way. Resinous hops coming through nicely in the finish. Big and maybe even a little rough around the edges, but really enjoying this.
Can't help but think about what a wine barrel might do for this.
