Poured from a 12-oz can, well within its date range, into a tall Pilsner glass. I know my ratings of this beer will be significantly higher than many of our reviewers'; please read on and give me a chance.
Appearance: Pale golden, with a white head that dissipated rather quickly into a thin ring, but did leave some lacing.
Nose: Not a lot; a little grassy, maybe a hint of bread.
Mouthfeel: Medium light, smooth, about right for a pils; enough carbonation.
Attack: Actually follows the nose pretty closely.
Finish: The limited hops kick in to balance the attack.
Overall: While this won't be near hoppy enough for many BA members — it's much more mildly hopped than most Czech Pils' — and while the depth of flavor is not terribly impressive, I really do enjoy it. I'm not a hophead, and I prefer malt to hops if there can be a balance. This lager, while having no characteristics that really "wow" you, is very drinkable, and is perhaps one of the best of the historical Cincinnati brews. I continue to keep a six of it always handy in my cellar. When I want a lighter, summertime pils, I don't have to reach any further.

Easy-to-drink beer. Snobs won’t like it. That’s a plus in my book.
Can stamped 5/10/23 (~2 months old). Poured into my Guinness glass.
Very light straw-yellow-gold.
Tall loose head. Dissipates quickly and completely.
Smells like good soft pretzels. Bready and salty.
Tastes like it really wants to go with good soft pretzels and cheddar. It’s crisp without being sharp. Top end and a little bottom with hollow mids, like a Pilsner should be. Little aftertaste. Very little bitterness. No “aaaaughhh hopppppsss” sensation at all. Nice. Simple.
Overall: a good normal person beer. Won’t impress the beautiful people. I like it.

12oz can stamped 04/18/2023 poured into a vintage footed bar glass at fridge temp 5% ABV. The beer pours bright, pale golden yellow with nearly white head. The head recedes to a thin ring and scattered bubbles. The aroma is mild with pils malt and earthy / herbal hops. The taste is semisweet pale malt with more of the earthy hop flavor. Minor amounts of metallic and sulfur notes, but not pronounced and probably ok within the style. Mild bitterness. The mouthfeel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. No diacetyl. Overall, good.

12oz can canned 4/27/22 into a tall lager glass.
L: Pours straw dull yellow w/a light yeast haze, slightly soapy white head quickly goes to a champagne like head & carbonation, No lacing.
S: Grains, grass, slightly herbal. Lightly medicinal.
T: Light corn, sweet grains, grass, lemon rind, light sweet malt, hop & citrus rind bitterness takes control lingering for a med-long clean finish. It is not sweet.
F: Crisp, bright, gently sharp, thin light bodied mouth feel w/a fast lightly drying finish.
O: I enjoy drinking this beer very cold straight from the can or bottle rather than it poured. Though I've not had it on tap. It's light body and hop zing are pleasant. It is okay in it's style.

Usually there were enough quarters, dimes and nickels in the car's dirty ash tray to buy a twelve pack of bottles. "times are hard and money is tight, it's a Wiedemann night!"

The Wiedemann I had was brewed in Cincinnati by Wiedemann Brewery, not Pittsburgh Brewing Co. Light colored, medium carbonization, light head. Smooth drinking, light bitterness, not much depth, but enjoyable. Similar to a lot of other lagers made at smaller breweries. Would purchase again.

Bohemian Special Brew Golden Pilsner by Geo. Wiedemann Brewing Company, LLC. Poured from the can into a pint glass, the head's two fingers thick, with webbed lacing & a medium golden body.
Smells like rich, roasted malts and lighter floral hops.
I taste a brighter, grassier version of the aroma. Outstandingly clean finish.
Medium-light mouthfeel with mild carbonation.
Bohemian Special Brew Golden Pilsner by Geo. Wiedemann Brewing Company gets an overall 4.5 from me. Thanks to @nicholas2121 for the can.

Bohemian Special Brew Golden Pilsner brewed by Geo. Wiedemann Brewing Company, LLC, with an ABV of 5.00% This Bohemian Pilsener pours out of a 12oz can into a pint beer glass. The color is a nice Rich amber color with a nice white head. There is also some nice lacing to this brew, it sticks to the side of the glass well. The smell is Rich with grains and malts. There is also a slight sweetness in the smell as well. So far this is a nice inviting brew. Now for the taste, it is Bold with flavors. Lots of grain notes mixed with mild sweetness. This is a well put together brew. The body of Bohemian Special Brew Golden Pilsner is a solid medium. There is nothing overpowering about this brew, it has a super nice balance to it. This brew would go nice with dinner or lunch. Definitely a meal brew. The mouth feel is Bold, Rich, Clean, Smooth, And Refreshing. Overall I'm going give Bohemian Special Brew Golden Pilsner a soild 4 out of 5. I would definitely look this brew up again givin the opportunity too.

Drank in college as one of the local bars had 3 for 1 pitchers of this stuff. Would regret it mightily the next day, when you would suffer from the wede-flu. This beer was rough.
