16oz can purchased from the fridge as a single for $4.50. Packaged on 7/21/22, so this is 7 1/2 weeks old. There's actually no indication on the can about which single hop variety this is; I am assuming that it is Citra based on the taste and others' recent reviews.
Look: It's a very pale, light straw color. This is super clear beer. Upon pouring the bottom half of the can, it shows a very slight haze but it's still essentially clear beer. The frothy head upon the pour quickly dissipated to a very thin layer around the rim of the glass.
Smell: The aroma is full-on grapefruit. It's very nice, with some dank notes. Tons of grapefruit rind and pithy character, along with its very aromatic, oily nature. On the finish, there is a distinct green bell pepper aroma. This beer smells very nice. Citra hops all the way!
Taste: Very tasty. Up front, it's a very light, easy drinking beer with tropical, citrusy flavor. The finish is moderately bitter, super pithy, peppery, and leaves an oily and resinous mouthfeel. The pithy, rindy finish lingers long. It is definitely hoppy. Good amount of flavor for a 4.5% ABV beer.
Feel: Light-bodied with the right amount of carbonation. It's clean, crisp, and refreshing.
Overall: This is my first beer from The Veil Brewing Co. and I am impressed. In general, I am a big fan of Czech pilsners, hoppy pilsners, and Citra so this is almost a no-brainer for me. Surely, there is a lot of dry-hopping here and the beer is pretty fresh. I like that the beer is not sweet and really lets the hops shine. This is one of the better dry-hopped pilsners that I have had. My biggest critique is that the beer is so hop-forward that the malt is essentially undetectable.

On tap at The Veil Brewing in Richmond, VA.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head and lots of lacing.
This smells like crackery malt, herbal hops, minerals, grassy hops, and grapefruit.
This is certainly American-leaning, but it’s still a tasty little hoppy lager. It’s got that somewhat traditional pils malt character - with some slight grain and bready character, and a touch of herbal and mineral type character. It’s fairly hoppy for a pilsner, as expected, really. It’s still quite tasty though, with a fresh cut grass and heavy grapefruit hop character.
This is light bodied and very clean, with a great drinkability to it.
I can really dig this one, even if it’s not strictly traditional.

Poured to a BrewDog stemmed glass.
A: Body is medium opaque yellow with a minor 2mm thick white head.
S: Aroma is minor citric, with really small tones of grapefruit. Somewhere in between, I can find some tones of vanilla.
T: Taste starts off with the end tip of the grapefruit, stepping right away into the nothingness of the pilsener style, having really nothing to note than the minor crescendo of malt flavors.
M: Body is medium to low. Carbonation is high and good. Alcohol is unnoticed. Bitterness is medium to high.
O: I don't enjoy pilseners as much as I did previously but it's a good hoppy lager, still I've drank a lot better than this.

Nice yellowish color with a big white foamy head, that lasted. Nice lacing throughout the beer.
Definitely smell the citra hops, but also get a earthy scent and maybe some lemon.
The taste is very similar to an IPA. with piney and citrus notes.
I really enjoyed the feel on this one, dry and crisp with a good amount of carb.
This was very enjoyable and I could see drinking a bunch of these on a hot summer day,

Poured a clear, yellow body with massive head that dies slow. Aroma and taste are pils-like but not entirely pils as the dry graininess and pils malt are muted compared to earthy, grass hops and a thicker than pils body with a bitter and clean finish.

Straw yellow color. Clear.
A lot of of flavor here and the Citra hops are nice. Earthy, grassy, crisp, clean, and citrusy. Light and easy drinking, but a lot of flavor.

Poured from a 16 oz can.
Pours a clear gold color with a finger of effervescent white head. The head has excellent retention and leaves a few random splotches of lace before settling into foamy blanket.
The aroma brings notes of oranges, tangerines, and lemon zest followed by some grass and wheat bread.
The taste is very citrus-forward, bringing notes of lemon and orange. Finishes piney and grassy with a bready malt backbone.
The feel is light bodied with moderately high carbonation. Very crisp yet a tad oily. Refreshing and crushable.
Overall, a good pils that's full of hop flavor yet still retains plenty of balance. This is a flavorful yet highly drinkable beer.
