Whiteferrari is a beer that has been a long time in the making. We've been experimenting with different malt and hop combinations through other recipes, trying to find what we believe is the best of both worlds rolled into one DIPA. Clocking in at 8%, this luxuriously soft DIPA is hopped intensely with 50/50 Citra and Galaxy(and a ton of it!). We used the freshest crop available of each hop to give this DIPA the most expressive hop character possible. We truly believe this is one of, if not the best hoppy beer we've released(and we hope you agree!).

Pours a vibrant cloudy OJ color with a half finger cap of yellowed head. Modest retention and thin lacing.
Huge aroma of pineapple, pine needles, white wine, passionfruit and vanilla.
A mix of dank, tropical and bitter up front in the taste. Nice bursts of orange juice and dankness show up from time to time. When cold, chalky bitterness lingers for a good while in the aftertaste, becoming the dominant flavor overall. But as it warms, the bitter finish turns grapefruit-like, which is far tastier.
Full bodied. Tight, zippy carbonation.
The aroma on this is top-notch, but there are only flashes of greatness in the taste. The flavors are not as balanced and well integrated as I expected from such a hyped beer.

On tap, pours a bright, very hazy orange. Smell is a great showcase for Citra and Galaxy. Fruity with a big dose of catty earthy dank. Drinks like a lower ABV beer. Nice bitter finish, with just a hint of hop burn. This is the way I want NEIIPAs to taste.

L: Pours a very hazy orange juice yellow orange with a small white head and some nice fingers of lacing.
S: Lots of sweet sugary tropical fruit, I get some nice orange, tangerine, hints of lemon and grapefruit rind, very tropical and juicy.
T: Lots of tropical fruit, get some nice tangerine, orange, lemon, grapefruit rind and a stronger Grassy bitterness. Sweet but the bitterness helps balance the sweetness.
F: Higher than expected carb, smooth body.
O: This is a very juicy IPA that packs a decent bitterness punch at the end.
