Poured from a 12 oz can into a nonic pint.
A: Clear straw gold with short-lived off-white cap of head with no lacing.
S: Early sour sock and hot dog aroma gives way to more fruity passionfruit and mango aromas with time.
T: Exceptional flavor for the style with slight salinity up front giving way to a grainy mid-palate and finishing with a zesty passionfruit, peach, and lemon-lime flavors.
M: Dangerously crushable with light body, above average carbonation, and dry finish.
O: Best adjunct gose I have had by far -- delicious blending of fruity flavors with light salinity and grainy malty character. Another winner from Coelacanth -- I hope they keep pushing more beer up our way from Norfolk. Impressed with superior execution on both this an Kopimanis.

A bit more filtered than I would prefer, but the salinity that is still there is how I think Gose's should taste when done true to style, but also why I'm not a huge fan of them

Coelacanth Brewing "Passionfruit Gose"
$3/5 oz. on tap at the brewery on 17 June 2017
Notes: 4.5% ABV. Slightly hazy straw gold body beneath a bright white head that displays limited head retention and lacing. The aroma is tartish, peppery, and fruity. The taste is tart, earthy, fruity with lemon and passionfruit, and peppery. Dry finish from the tartness as it has only a limited bitterness. Light bodied and gently crisp.
