Poured from a 500ml bottle. It has a cloudy, cinnamon brown body, with a thick, foamy head.
It has a sweet aroma of bananas, caramel, brown sugar, bready malts and yeast.
The taste follows the smell; bananas, bready malts, wheat, yeast, cinnamon and maybe a hint of chocolate. Little carbonation and bitterness. The aftertaste feels watery and wheaty.
A nice wheat beer with an unique taste.

From the flip top bottle, it pours a hazy darker amber with a moderate head - possibly because it is a bit cold. Lacing as I quaff. Typical weissbier scent - banana, bread and maybe clove. Bready flavor. Yum!

500 m, BBE date 15 July 2010, into Kapuziner glass. Pours rich creamy white head with good retention underlain by cloudy, dark tan body - darker than most hefeweizens. Considering the aromas, the nose is clove with wheat as the balance between banana esters and clovy phenolics is entirely on the side of clove. Apparent notes of coriander. Bready flavor, muted tartness, slightly sweet finish. As the aromas, the flavors likewise are lacking banana and bubblegum. A very plain hefeweizen.
Medium bodied with rather mild carbonation. The winter variant is not very xmassy and does not come close to the regular Kapuziner.

50cl bottle poured into paulaner weissbier glass.
A- 4 finger solid creamy head producing great lacing.Very very yeasty! Dark amber colour.
S- Spicier than most weissbier i have had, a lot of cinnamon and nutmeg in there, subdued banana and clove notes.
T- Very spicey again, spices overpowering any banana but cloves remain. Finish is a little watery
M- Low carbonation(a bit lifeless), medium body
D- Its not a traditional weissbier by any means with the amount of spice. Albeit a nice solid mouthfeel with interesting flavours keeps my attention, but no more than 1 please as the spice is a bit sickly.

BB 05-07-06, Nice head though not overwelming and a beautifullorange/amber beer with good haze. Nose is lots of banana, sweetness, wheaty carracter and a litle yeasty. Taste is also goodshowing all the great taste notes of a good bavarian weizen and being very well bodied for a weizen. Not overdone bitterness is great in aftertaste as it is also litle yeastbitter. Great wheatcarracter and decent sourness with this creamy full taste makes it into one of the better Weizenbrews with fitting high carbonisationlevel. Very easy drinkable and very enjoyable with good and rich taste.

This winter seasonal Weissbier pours with an enormous lasting head, the colour is cloudy golden brown. Overwhelming lovely sweet aroma of ripe bananas, "bubblegum" and spices, hints of oak. Flavour is refreshing and slightly spicy (cloves, cardamom), a little more hops than most Weissbiers.
