A perfectly OK, if undistinguished pale ale.
It pours bright yellow with a decent head, though relatively little aroma. The flavor is grainy and slightly lemony, though there is a disappoointing lack of hop character or bitterness. The mouthfeel is thin and modestly refreshing.

a really really good American pale. heavily hopped, I like this a lot. the pour isn't anything special, a clear darker than golden brassy shade with a finger or two of white head. the nose indicates a lot of citrus, some pine, and a bitterness that's up there with the best india pales. the flavor is citrus heavy too, lemons and clementines are what I get, and its perfect over the medium malt body and toast. clean in the finish, super bitter, yet still balanced. this beer doesn't know how good it really is, a very humble and unexpectedly impressive brew. nice carbonation and very sessionable. one of my favorite gore range brews, and one that deserves a little attention. get yourself some.

A: Good carbonation, off white head is solid. Body is filtered ice tea color.
S: Citrusy orange, , light malt and a bit of lemon grass
T: More hops than I was expecting. Orange, lemon zest. Decent appleish malt sweetness leads to a dirty hop bittering wash.
M: Medium and full carbonation
D: Bit off balanced but the best beer this brewery makes.
