A- deep Amber w/ moderate carbonation and small head
S- slight hint of hops and citrus
T- sweetness with nice hops
F- nice hoppy flavor

This is just an above average IPA and has apparently stood the test of time.

Dark yellow and gold with a head just under 1 inch. Grassy smells make me wonder where the hops be.

Truly hits you with a sweetgrass flavor. Average hopping, sweet malt. Grapefruit undertones. Not a dry west coast pale ale here. Lemony mouthfeel. Sorachi. Has a place because it is a little bit unique with the wet, sweet, lemony flavors, minimal caramel.

Nicely crafted ale from Grand Teton. Picked this up in their sampler pack at Winco Foods. Amber, with short, creamy head, sticky lacing. Piney aroma with sharp bitterness on the tongue. SHort, dry finish. Very tasty.

Drank out of the bottle. Hop bitterness for the sake of bitterness slightly metallic

Pooooooured this lovely American Pale Ale into a snifter ... why.... I FELT LIKE IT :D This one , is one I am revisiting.... It has a lovely light amber hue that is reminiscent of a august sunset on lake Minnewaska. Smells of ... well, sweetgrass, and slightly citrus. This Ale has a medium hop profile about it (which I love in a APA), It is Semi-sweet and has a very light malt profile.... LOVING IT! Overall, this is a bottle conditioned beer... however as I remember it to have more flavour and at that, more smell about it the last time I tryed it... it could be that its a bit over ripe? ANYWHO a damn fine ale at anyrate and one i will certainly by at least annually (for them times when nothing else is suiting my fancy). A very good go to ale.

Poured center from 12 oz bottle into a snifter. Enjoyed 8/12/2015, bottled on 4/8/2015.

L: copper color with over two fingers of fluffy egg shell white head of multiple sized bubbles. Large cone of fine sized carbonation emanating from the center of the glass, with several large bubbles raising from the edge. Thick soapy lacing and thick retention.

S: Green vegetal hop aroma with dank and leafy greens.

T: caramel and toffee up front with buttered white biscuit and a pinch of popcorn. Tangy lemon and orange finish.

F: zippy mouthfeel and a little foamy in the stomach. 6% is hidden well behind the flavors. Tasty and easy to drink.

O: Not overly complex but a good drinker. Even blend of bitter and hoppy.
