Table beer is a rustic blonde ale brewed in the style of French and Belgian style table beers. This beer has lots of flavor packed into a low ABV. Spicy rye notes play with the yeast character from this 100% Brett fermented beer. The hops for this beer will slowly evolve over time ensuring each batch allows something new to be discovered while still retaining common threads.

It tastes a bit like a much lighter version of Goose Island Matilda, which makes it ideal for warm weather or one of those times when you are in the mood for a lower abv beer. I notice some reviews say it's over hopped but I don't find that to be the case necessarily and I think most American beers are over hopped.

Light gold, hazy. The 1-finger head (semi-aggressive pour toward the end) is strikingly bright white with good retention.
Obvious but not overpowering funk in both smell and taste, with a bit of citrus in both.
Unfortunately the taste is diminished by excessive carbonation, which also seems to put the bitterness out of balance.
Feel; again, less carbonation would help this beer.
This is one that could have been awesome; kind of a potential vs. the actuality type thing.
Interesting that they use locally grown 2-row & rye...

Super dry, foamy, abrasive bitterness. Not for me.

Ok drank my last can of this, so going to jot down some notes until my daughter brings me more.
Main takeaway is the the beer has some lemon, floral notes mixed in with a saisonish yeast. Slight earthy funk and a great spiciness on the finish. Very crisp drinking beer and good mouthfeel for 4% abv. This would live in my fridge if I have everyday access to it. For the life of me cannot figure out why no one in Texas is doing something like this and getting it on shelves. Very easy drinking beer with tons of personality.
Update: I recently had my daughter bring me 2 4 packs of this back from atlanta, and she forgot to check the dates. It expired almost 1 year ago. First 2 cans drinking good. I love this beer

16 ounce can - Charlie's Beer & Wine in Marietta, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours an ever so slight hazy, lightly bubbly, soft yellow body. Airy foam, white in color and goodly sized.
Smell: Dignified floral-lemon-orange vibe leaning towards some tropical fruitiness, pineapple, mainly, all atop gently bready barley and an earthy blend of spices.
Taste: Stale bread sans crusts but also some dough studded with rye grains, fairly dry from the get-go. Some hewn hay grassiness, a dusting of finely-ground white pepper, faint clove. Fruity hints of sweet marmalade, pear juice (mild) and banana (milder). Has just a little touch of mint leaf mingled with the funk, the minerality nearing the lively finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Well carbonated for a nice, cleansing effervescence.
Overall: A winner, for me. It's got a good amount of complexity without being tedious or tiresome while also displaying a keen drinkability.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent local release. Pours slightly hazy pale golden straw color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lightly tart lemon, lime, pear, red apple, melon, citrus peel, white grape, peppercorn, clove, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, spicy rye bread, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale/rye malt notes; with great strength. Taste of lightly tart lemon, lime, pear, red apple, melon, citrus peel, white grape, peppercorn, clove, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, spicy rye bread, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Moderate peppery Brett/rye spiciness, herbal/grassy bitterness, and light yeast tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, lime, pear, red apple, melon, citrus peel, white grape, peppercorn, clove, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, spicy rye bread, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale/rye malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance; and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4%. Overall this is an excellent table saison. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale/rye malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink; with the moderately bitter/spicy/drying finish. Very flavorful for the low ABV. Great well rounded Brett/saison yeast complexity, balanced earthy hops, and solid rye malt backbone. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Look: It pours straw with a white head that has excellent head retention.
Smell: It has a highly spiced aroma. There are some crisp, lemon notes with some earthly elements. There are also low background notes of flowers.
Taste: The flavors have multiple complex spicy and earthen flavors. Included in that are coriander, horse blanket, a bit of leather. There is a flower element to it as well. There is a lemony citrus element in the background.
Feel: It has a light body with a spicy and somewhat tart aftertaste. It finishes dry.
Overall, a very flavorful beer with several well balanced, complex elements.
