This APA is quite decent. It has a nice flavour with decent Hoppiness. The colour is a burnished orange. Head small, but pretty lacing... the smell is sweet and bitter. Another Aldi find and the more I drink Aldi beer, the more I appreciate their attention to quality. Will continue to try Aldi's offerings. The Albrecht brothers have done their homework. I appreciate not only their beer choices, but their food choices compliment the beer parings... Worth a market experience. ... :)

Smells good but tastes just OK. Very light flavor with little aftertaste.

P: Light amber, two finger white head, nice lacing.
A: Malt, fresh bread, mild citrus.
T: Citrus, malt, bread, banana at the end.
M: Medium feel, nice balance, well carbonated, tart, nice bite finish.
O: Good quaff for the money. If you can find it, try it.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. This beer is gawd awful. It is a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. The taste is metallic. . . strange for a bottle.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a twelve ounce bottle on July 19, 2015. Looks nice. Smells pretty good. Tastes OK. Feels smooth. Nothing special, but not bad either.

Clear, perhaps even brilliant amber with some head retention and lace. Smell is mild with citrus dominant. Fairly one-dimensional hop bitterness prevails over malt. Feels a little thin compared with some high-octane ales, but good for a session ale.

Pretty good for an Aldi discount beer selling for $6.99. Not up to Lagunitas or Founders status, though.

Not a bad APA. Picked up at my local Aldi's for a good price. I lean towards a more full bodied beer. For 80ยข I can't complain.

Pours a clear copper color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Decent retention and slight lacing. Smells of citrus hops, sorghum, hint of tea, and slight sweet malt. Fits the style of an American Pale Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. There is an elevated metallic dryness. Tastes of slight citrus hops, hint of piney hops, sorghum, hint of wheat, and slight sweet malt. Overall, this is a sub par APA.
