This is a classic west coast style dipa. With some caramel notes, grapefruits, and resinous pine notes.
The carbonation is moderate
Ok but nothing overwhelming

Hazy copper beer with a million yeast particles floating around. Pretty lacing. Unfiltered to say the least. Clean malty smell, not much else is apparent. Just a little faint anonymous hop teaser. Taste represents that completely, a straightforward, heavy sweet malt with just a little bitter to tweak the edges of the dominating malt body. High on alcohol percent, low on alcohol taste. Thick beer and oily on the tongue, somewhat dry. I feel like I've had a lot of beers that taste like this, not very unique aside from the unfiltered look.. not used to that in a DIPA. Cheers.

Pours a very cloudy honey amber color with a small foamy head. Retention is very mild as is lacing. Very malty aroma. Not much hops for the IBU but may be due to alcohol content. There is some roastiness to the aroma. Stronger in alcohol aroma. Strong malty taste. Very little hops. Can taste alcohol content for sure. Mild caramel. Somewhat smooth and silky. Medium to heavy bodied with mild carbonation.

Copper-bodied pour from the light green can, little if any head, fair lacing when tilted.
Smells like a hint of tropical pineapple/ bright cherry fruits mixed with malt.
Tastes bready and sweet with plenty of malt-soaked citrus notes of tropical/ orange. Sweet and bitter, almost overly sweet but the fruit profile is interesting enough to explore further sips of the flavor.
Feels thick and sticky/ syrupy. Low carbonation.
Overall this one brings the heavy sweet malt and bread-soaked honey-like flavor to the hop profile. It dominates, but a hint of tropical goodness lurks well enough to make this a decent DIPA to sip, albeit a filling one.

Murky yellow and gold.

Citra, I think.

Honey malt is pronounced a little more than the hops, IMO. I'm guessing citra and simcoe, less certain about cascade. Sweetness may not be to style but it's more so in line with my palate.

Medium, sticky. Much preferred to clean and dry.
