Bottle- Pours a bubbly gold coloured body. Head is white, thick and foamy. Aromas are faint hops, honey, come corn. Not too bad for a honey lager. Taste is meatl, sweet corn, chemicals, not good. FInish is watery, with a slight alcohol burn. Pretty rough!

A: Mildly golden yellow. Short lived white head. Medium low carbonation.
S: Sweet malts and honey. Some yeast like notes. Not offensive.
T: Fair. Slightly abrasive. Soury malts and bland honey sweetness meet with a touch of hops. Noted adjunct qualities.
M: Nothing special. Little carbonation. Rather bland and watery.
D: Not bad, but not good either. Lakeport honey is likely a better choice.

Light, but refreshing. Decent summertime brew. Pours a pale gold, not yellow, gold, with a small, two millimetre head. Smells simple. Pale malts, honey, bread, very little hops. Tastes, well, nice. Again, simple. Honey, a little too sweet, malts... Not much hops, but it's their. Mouthfeel is a light bodied and a little smooth. Drinkability is high. Then again, it's a hot day and long day at work. Bit better than Lakeport.

Pabst Blue Ribbon Honey is a slightly smooth and yellow beer with a slightly overpowering 'hint' of extremely sweet honey, that is certainly not from Ontario or Canada.
This brew is refreshing on a hot summer day, but there are a few other choices out there on the market, some of which you will be more happy with than this. Here is Canada, Pabst is brewed by the Sleeman Brewery from Guelph, Ontario.
The Blue Ribbon Honey is a golden-brown lager that's made with honey with a malted barley and hops. I would recommend a Lakport Honey Lager over this brew anyday.
