This poured very clear and still yellow but still with a nice head and surprisingly awesome lacing.

Smell is heavy with malts and a bit of banana despite the lack of yeast. It tastes like it smells--a pleasant wheat-light banana concoction, ends sweet and has no bitterness to speak of.

A sweet, not particularly complex but very easy-drinking Kristall, probably a real nice summer beer.
