very cool place. I don't know Denver very well, so this place was a little out of the way on the east side of the city, but it had parking (limited to 8-10 spots, so during busy times probably full) and we were able to find a spot. the atmosphere inside is cool. high top bench style tables. I love that they put the taster beers in small beakers and the tables have science'y stuff in them, which all adds to the feel of the place.

V-Cerebral is located a few miles outside downtown Denver, just off Colfax. The place has a nice, neighborhood feel, despite being just off the "Fax." A small parking lot fronts a medium-sized patio with a few tables. Inside, the place is moderately sized with a good bit of seating at tables and a sizable bar. There are a few barrels laying around and some brewing equipment peaking out from the back. The crowd when I visited on a Sunday afternoon was a mix of locals and people on their way to a nearby jazz festival. It was full, but not overly crowded.
Q-Cerebral brews good beer. The menu was heavy on the IPAs when I visited, and both IPAs I ordered were tasty and well-built. My lady friend ordered a "smooth" Berliner, and it was unique and tasty, too. I liked all of the beers that I tasted on draft better than the cans of Cerebral that I had tried before.
Ser-The bartenders were hustling to keep up with the crowd. Despite the work, they were friendly and they knowledgeably answered my questions about the beers on offer. The pours were in appropriate glassware too. Nice.
Sel-My biggest knock on Cerebral was the limited selection. I get that the place is known for IPAs, but fully 3/4 of the tap list was an IPA of some type. Only a stout and the aforementioned sour beer broke up the IPA dominance.
O-I like the vibe and the beers at Cerebral and if it were in my neighborhood, I would visit this place a lot.
